espectacular departamento, en una muy buena ubicación en Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación inmejorable, cerca de cafés, restaurantes y metro.

Aspectos negativos: En las noches, un poco ruidoso

Buena ubicacion, apartamento remodelado y buena atencion de la agencia

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento aseado, remodelado y buena ubicacion. Facil el ingreso. Linea de metro cerca y almacenes y restaurantes a solo unos pasos. TIene aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones y 3 baños

Aspectos negativos: La distribucion del apartamento es extraña pero uno termina acostumbrandose, es muy largo y la cocina esta ubicada al lado de la alcoba principal y no al lado de la entrada. Se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle, hay unos cafes que dan sobre las ventanas de las alcobas y el ruido es bastante.

Departamento muy bien ubicado, limpio, agradable y la anfitriona muy preocupada de hacernos la estadía agradable

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación, espacioso, cómodo, luminoso, limpio

Aspectos negativos: Vajilla y servicio incompleto, no había para 6 personas

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was huge and very beautiful. Location was excellent beside the metro. The staff were very helpful and even allowed us to check in early and checked in during our stay. The apartment is well kept and perfect for a weekend city break for 6 people!

Aspectos negativos: The street was very noisy at night but the apartment could not help this.

Aspectos positivos: Madrid is splendid and location is just central, so it is very good. Apartament is verry nice. You must be confortabile with the noise. All bedrooms are on the exterior of apartament, and bathrooms and kitchen inside, at quaiet. We enjoy after we get used.

Comfortable spacious apartment in bustling plaza

Aspectos positivos: Spacious bright apartment, very clean, tons of closet space, well stocked kitchen, the plaza had lots of cafes, stores, and grocery shopping was conveniently located with in several blocks. Leonardo was always present at the entrance to greet us and give us information. Public transit was very accessible and we were able to walk to Retiro Park and some of us to the city centre; Plaza Mayor and Sol. It was great for a 10 day stay. We settled in and felt very much at home.

Aspectos negativos: The old elevator was very cool but it was only working from the 1st floor up for the first half of our stay, meaning we had to walk up from ground level to the 1st floor, which was difficult for me but the others in my party of 7 did not have problems with that. The plaza is noisy at night and the recycling/garbage trucks come at midnight which bothered some of the people in my party, but my husband and I were fine with that. We were on the 2nd floor and sleep with the window open. The closed window and shutters helped to cut down on the sound from outside apparently.

Well located but with a few issues

Aspectos positivos: The flat is very centrally located, within minutes from bars and restaurants as well as next to Corte Ingles. The flat was spacious and featured 3 beds/3 bathrooms.

Aspectos negativos: The flat is very noisy as the windows are very old / wooden and there are many bars just underneath. There were a few broken things (partially a window, the table in the living room). Also, when we entered, the flat had not been cleaned appropriately and had to arrange a cleaning (which eventually happened the day after). Lastly, there were a few clogged sinks and shower pressure was quite low.

Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent, the facility was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The administrator was very friendly and accommodating. We had amazing time; I would definitely recommend this place
