Aspectos positivos: Apartamento genial, muy bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades. A pocos metros de la plaza mayor y 2 paradas de metro a pocos minutos. Muy bien decorado, comedor amplio y todo el espacio muy luminoso con grandes ventanales. Cocina de diseño, tenía lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y todo tipo de menaje para hacer uso de ésta, todo nuevo. Calefacción en todas las habitaciones y aire acondicionado. Buenas comunicación con el propietario, en todo momento disponible para resolver cualquier duda y hacer tu estancia más agradable. Si volviera a Madrid no dudaría en repetir.

Aspectos negativos: Nada

Aspectos positivos: Underground carpark only 3mins walk down the road. Completely central, located in the middle of the tapas bars area. Accommodated my dog and provided water and chocolates and a small bottle of cava. Coffee from the nespresso machine was delicious, as were the Moroccan teas provided. Wifi. Everything you could need! Highly recommend.

The place is great. I will stay there again if I ever visit Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: - Heating works perfectly (you can set the temperature in both rooms). Given that in Spain, it is usual for the indoor temperature to be quite chilly in the winter, that is a big plus. Meanwhile, we cannot say much about how it is there in the summer. - Water pressure and the temperature are perfect. The shower is modern and new. - Windows can be opened if you want air circulation in the apartment. - The kitchen had everything we needed (including a new dishwasher and a washing machine). - The bathroom was (unexpectedly) spacious—a big plus. - Overall, the apartment gave off a vibe of a place where one can live for a longer time than a hotel room (a huge plus).

Aspectos negativos: The main hiccup happened during the arrival: the provided code to the apartment door didn't work. We had to contact the host to figure it out. Then the same thing happened with the WIFI code. In general, it was a bit inconvenient that to check in we needed a working local phone (which I had but it ran out of charge; fortunately, my partner's phone worked). The routine is that to get to the building for the first time, you need to call the host.

It was a pleasant staying like local residents which makes the whole trip to be wonderful.

Aspectos positivos: The location is very good! Tourist’s attractions, restaurants, supermarkets are all nearby. The facilities(stove, microwave oven, washing machine etc)are high quality. We can feel host’s carefully preparation and warm welcome by the daily necessities(e.g. clothes drying rack etc) and many other details.

Aspectos negativos: There is some smell from the duck down quilt, otherwise the bed is comfortable. Since it is attic, the roof of the bed room is too low, my head was hit twice accidentally by the roof without attention, but after you are used to it, it is no problem anymore. BTW, It would be nicer if paper napkin can be provided, maybe it is just a small negligence. The lock of the bath room door sometimes is difficulty to open, it is better to be checked or replaced.

Aspectos negativos: Be prepared to duck in the bedroom! Not a big deal, but a low ceiling.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very well decorated and has all the comfort a traveler would need. Location is perfect, walking close to any major attraction. Remote access and check in was super easy and convenient, and overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely consider this accommodation for my next trip to Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing. Everything was very pleasant.
