Aspectos positivos: La ubicación perfecta, amplitud, limpieza. La cocina-salon muy amplia y versátil. Con todas las comodidades y utensilios necesarios
Aspectos negativos: Único defecto que carece de ascensor pero las escaleras hasta el apartamento son muy anchas y no presenta dificultad subir las maletas (si no hay problemas de movilidad claro)

Comfortable apartment in a great location.
Aspectos positivos: Great location with plenty of tapas bars on the doorstep. The apartment us spacious, airy and well-equipped. The kitchen is large enough to cook for several people with ease.
Aspectos negativos: One bathroom upstairs has a 'shower' that is not enclosed, so is really only suitable for use as a toilet with a basin. Note that the sloped ceiling in the second upstairs bedroom is very low and only comfortable for children. The stairs up to the apartment are very old and uneven. They could be quite difficult to navigate for some people.

Pleasant, convenient and accessible to all city venues. Lovely apartment
Aspectos positivos: Modern and airy. Lovely underfloor heating for March/April. Location great for atmosphere and restaurants/evening meal. Good walking distance for West and East Madrid.
Aspectos negativos: Not very much but shower in main bedroom difficult to work out without guidance!!! Not too sure about firm pillows, but overall these are picky things!

Fabulous apartment in a super area, v convenient for the whole of Madrid without needing to use cabs
Aspectos positivos: Very modern and clean apartment with great facilities. in a fabulous location, the street is the main entertainment street Madrid but the apartment was amazingly quiet when inside and we had no issues with being disturbed.
Aspectos negativos: When booking it is made clear the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. However maybe i would be good to state there are over 60 steps to the apartment which are very old and irregular.

Beskeder fra hosten via Booking.com modtog vi først efter 5 dage, hvor vi havde været i lejligheden et par dage. Det bet
Aspectos positivos: Flot lejlighed, god plads og pænt rent. Ingen trafikstøj. Central beliggenhed. Flere gode restauranter tæt på.
Aspectos negativos: Der var ikke meget service, så opvaskemaskinen måtte køre halvfyldt flere gange. Der var fx ikke morgenmadstallerkener til os alle fem. Ingen elevator op til 3. sal.

Beautiful and spacious but more of a two bedroom than three bedroom
Aspectos positivos: Very centrally located, clean, spacious, interesting design
Aspectos negativos: One of the rooms upstairs is really small and the shower there is small and leaking. Our friend who stayed in that room did not enjoy the stay.

Stor, moderne leilighet sentralt i Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Stor leilighet veldig sentralt i Madrid. Gode senger, to bad med dusj som fungerte bra, et bad er nesten å umulig å bruke dusjen. Bra utstyrt leilighet og god service med raske svar digitalt. Det var to små franske balkonger i leiligheten. To av soverommene har adgang via trapp, men de var store med gode senger
Aspectos negativos: For få tallerkner, et bad som fungerte dårlig, men det plaget oss ikke. Vær oppmerksom på at leiligheten ligger i 3. etasje uten heis i et gammel bygning. Vi var klar det på forhånd og det plaget oss ikke.
