Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y lo bien equipado que estaba. Una maravilla encontrar una cocina con aceite, sal, azúcar, café, agua fresca, de todo!

Buena ubicación, instalaciones un poco ruidoso.

Aspectos positivos: Instalación excelente!!! Limpio, igual a la foto. El apartamento tenía todo para una familia. Muy completo. Comunicación con la Administración excelente, muy buena disposición.

Aspectos negativos: Se escucha todo de la calle. Quien duerma en el sillón cama escucha todo de afuera.

Estupendo apartamento a dos pasos de Sol

Aspectos positivos: Céntrico apartamento. Amplío, limpio, buenos colchones, dos baños. En la sala de estar una persiana pendiente de reparación pero no fue problema para mi. Sin duda fue un acierto y volvería. Apertura de puertas se activaba desde el móvil. A pesar de ser tan céntrico se pudo descansar bien al ser los dormitorios interiores.

Aspectos positivos: Fabulous location, very easy checkin with electronic key. They facilitated early checkin so we could explore. Loved the touch of coffee pods. Lovely warm heating and great shower.

Aspectos negativos: If you need someone to stay on the sofabed in the sitting room you might need to ask them for extra bedding.

Awesome apartment with everything

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is long !!! It has everything to cook with which is a rarity. It even had eggs, water, coffee capsules , tea, sugar, oil everything. Plus, 2 tea pots and lots of cups. The Apartment is immaculate. The room nice bright and clean. I love the chairs but the padding against scratching the floor came off.

Aspectos negativos: A bit of noise from the window in the kitchen. You can’t hear it in the rooms though. You can’t see any sunlight as the buildings are so close to each other . Three remote controls for the air conditioner but all the remote has zero battery power. I used it for heating my little room. I managed to turn it on but it was blowing cold air and I couldn’t turn it on until I pressed it a few times. A green color floor lamp has 2 burnt out light bulbs. It doesn’t work. A washer but no dryer. No cloth dryer rack. I was going to give it a 10 until I received this. “ we greatly appreciate it if you give us a 5 star “. I dislike pressure and I personally don’t think it is appropriate. The apartment will get a 5 star if everything is good. Asking for it water down the authenticity of the score because you get the high ratings somewhat by asking for it.

Super central yet quiet bedrooms, spacious, clean, comfortable - all very good

Aspectos positivos: Everything, I haven't had a property meeting my expectations this much for a while. The flat was super central but the bedrooms were quiet. The flat was super spacious, very well equipped, very clean, with good heating and good wifi. There are two bathrooms.

Aspectos negativos: It might be a bit pricey if you are one but it can easily sleep 4/5 people.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent gorgeous and stunning everything. Lovely staff. Is perfextly clean, is so cozzy so tradicional but modern. It has everything you need for your stay. This place is a little paradise in the heart of madrid .

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Super close to the metro stop. Very spacious and clean apartment.

Aspectos negativos: It was great overall. The only issue I had were people partying VERY loudly late into the night at a nearby pub or apartment when I had a flight to catch the next morning.
