Aspectos positivos: Perfecto la ubicación genial, a 2 min caminando de sol esta genial .. nos encantó

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era perfecta, calefacción o aire acondicionado si lo deseas. Cocina , baño amplio perfecto para un matrimonio con niños

Aspectos negativos: No es culpa del alojamiento pero al estar en pleno centro de Sol los fines de semana se oye algo de jaleo fuera por la noche aún teniendo doble acristalamiento la habitación. El sitio es tranquila en cuanto a seguridad pero algo ruidoso viernes sábado pero se soporta. En nuestra estancia nos coincidió un ruido en la calefacción de la habitación como si fuera un chorro de agua cayendo todo el tiempo lo que por la noche fue algo más incómodo

Aspectos positivos: Lo confortable y las instalaciones, así como la decoración. Su ubicación y que contaba con los utiles necesarios

Aspectos negativos: El colchón muy muy blando, a cambiar. Y el ruido del exterior que se escucha hasta bien entrada la madrugada. Mas papel higienico. Y la ausencia de ascensor y en los servicios ofrecidos en booking no se recoje este dato.

Aspectos positivos: The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Having double glazed windows in the bedroom was excellent. The water pressure in the bathroom was great as was the water temperature I really liked the decor of the apartment. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to almost everything.

Aspectos negativos: The couch (being a sofa bed) was hard and uncomfortable. There were no English tv channels (even just a news channel would have been good).

Aspectos positivos: The area was extremely noisy. But the bedroom room had extra sound proof windows. And the bathroom was really great. A big shower.

Aspectos negativos: The living room area is noisy so if you needed the sofa bed sleeping would be a challenge.

Aspectos positivos: First of all Raul who welcomed us the first day was very helpful regarding the instructions he gave us for the apartment and some info for Madrid.The apartment was in the centre of Madrid, metro station was a 2 minutes walk and we could go in the most famous attractions by foot. The apartment had all the necessities and it was very clean and modern.

Aspectos positivos: Great location and really nice apartment. You can't stay in a more central place in Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: Even though there were double windows in the bedroom to reduce the noise from the street, you could still hear quite a lot. It didn't bother me that much but if you cannot sleep if it's a bit noisy, maybe you should consider another option.

Aspectos negativos: It is in the heart of a night life district so be aware it is noisy.

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement, le quartier et le logement, ainsi que l'accueil agreable et le suivi.

Aspectos negativos: La surface du logement est inférieure à l'annonce qui était de 64 m2 ... et non pas de 41 m2 comme indiqué sur le plan de l'architecte ! L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré.

Great location to access major attractions in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: This apartment was in a very central location. All of the primary tourist destinations were within a 15 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and the decor was modern and in good condition. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were respectively too soft and too firm. Our daughter reported that the pull out sofa was comfortable. We did not cook, but it seemed like the kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of a scarcity of wine glasses. The two flights of narrow stairs to access this apartment may pose a challenge to young children or older people with mobility issues. Our biggest complaint would be the amount of street noise. Even with earplugs, the street party noise could be heard until 3-4 am. Overall, this was a very solid place to stay for a quick weekend in Madrid- but bring your earplugs!
