Atico muy acogedor en Madrid
Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento tiene de todo. Muy bien utilizado todo el espacio.
Aspectos negativos: Quizás nosotros quitaríamos del espacio la mesita con la silla para ganar en amplitud de paso.

Una experiencia agradable, muy cómoda y cercana todo
Aspectos positivos: La localización es inmejorable, estás cerca de todo lo céntrico. El espacio está aprovechado muy inteligentemente y ofrece todas las facilidades de una casa. La decoración, aparte de original, ayuda a sentirte muy agusto y nada encerrado. Se agradece el aire acondicionado, el ventilador encima de la cama, la pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario. La iluminación es agradable con tres tipos: más directa encima de la mesa, e indirecta con diferentes apliques o tipo led en cabecero de la cama. ⁰ ventanas, colocadas estratégicamente hacen que entre luz natural. Ha sido muy agradable estar dos noches en esta buhardilla (podrían haber sido incluso más noches). Es muy agradable para una o dos personas. Jordi me ha tratado fenomenal, ha solucionado dudas y se ha mostrado disponible tanto a la entrada (me retrasé por un problema del tren) como a la salida en la que pudo hacerme un favor. Repetiré.
Aspectos negativos: Aunque lo advierte desde el principio, el acceso por la escalera de vecinos es bajo y hay que tener cuidado de no darte con la cabeza. Aunque eso ya depende de la destreza o torpeza del inquilino. En cualquier caso, eso no es motivo que empañe mi buena estancia. Es muy probable que repita.

Coqueta cajita de cerillas!
Aspectos positivos: Es una preciosidad! Tiene de todo para una estancia agradable. La cama es muy confortable! La ducha es pequeña pero con fuerza en el agua y limpia.
Aspectos negativos: Es muy pequeño y no tiene ascensor aunque el anfitrión lo advierte desde el primer momento

A cozy, well-equipped studio in a great location with a comfortable bed and friendly owner.
Aspectos positivos: A small but very well-equipped studio. It had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and even an iron. The design is excellent; although it’s small, it feels much more spacious and is decorated with great taste. The bed is fantastic—very comfortable. Communication with the owner, Jordi, was great; he’s a lovely guy. The area is also excellent. We barely used the metro because we enjoy walking, and everything we wanted to visit was relatively close by.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment. Small but very practical which is what we needed. Central to everything in Madrid. Amazing restaurants and trendy bars nearby. Please note it's on the top floor of a 4 level building - so you may have to carry your luggage on lots of stairs. We were fine because we only had backpacks. Finally, the host was super nice and very responsive.

A tiny loft in the heart of Madrid
Aspectos positivos: It’s a tiny fancy place in the attic of a historic building in the extravagant borough of Chueca in the very center of the city. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, but the neighbourhood is not too noisy. The apartment is very stylish, clean and has everything one needs for a good stay. Jordi is a friendly and helpful host.
Aspectos negativos: There’s no elevator in the building. The place is really small.

Studio and host were super. I really enjoyed my time in Madrid and the coziness of the place.
Aspectos positivos: The studio is great, very functional and cozy. It was super clean and Jordi was a great host, always available for questions and instructions. The location of the studio is also very convenient.
Aspectos negativos: The street where the studio is located is great but also a bit loud with parties outside sometimes, but it was not a major issue.

Aspectos positivos: Мне очень понравилась коммуникация с хозяином. Очень сильно помог при заезде и предоставил дополнительные ключи от апартаментов. Сервис на высоком уровне.

Tornerei di sicuro a riprenderlo per un’altro soggiorno a Madrid. Comodismo anche per la sua posizione e girare facilmen
Aspectos positivos: In generale tutto. Piccolo ma ben curato appartamentino. Molto sorprendente e gradevole
Aspectos negativos: Sinceramente fare tante scale alle volte diventava faticoso ma messo tutto l’insieme n’è valsa la pena di sicuro.
