Cozy central -2 Bdrs 2 Baths - Delicias

Excellent location, and communication with desk. Nice apartment, but some minor technical issues.

Aspectos positivos: The best thing about this accommodation was location, practicaly next to all major museums in Madrid. It is easily accesible, and centraly located. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The communication with property was excellent and practical.

Aspectos negativos: Out of 6 days, for the 2 days there was no hot water (we understand that there was a technical issue that was being resolved), but still the heating and hot water were somewhat volatile.

Aspectos positivos: The space and the convenient location. It was a 10 minute walk to the main Station and there were various absolutely delicious food choices along the stretch. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms really made it a comfortable stay for our family of 4. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Clean Apartment with 2 Bathrooms and enough beds for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. Facilitites like Heater and Hot Water were available all the time. The place is more like a home away from home! Best part is the team Minty Stays responsiveness - our Geyser went kaput, we WhatsApped the Minty Stay contact and it was repaired the same day. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Aspectos negativos: Hard to find faults with this place. As an improvement area maybe they fix some Mirrors in the Building's entrance passage to make it look wider. But again it is about the Building and not the Apartment.

Clean, centrally located, great host- room with bunk beds should only be considered for small children

Aspectos negativos: Second bedroom was very small - should only be considered for small children.. one of my daughters has to sleep on the sofa due to claustrophobia from the lower bunk and the tight space to get into it. Difficult to find space to put suitcases The heated towel rail in one of the bathrooms is too close to the toilet and it sticks out so that we banged our heads / face on it as we used the loo. (OK if you are a male and only want to pee)

Aspectos positivos: Местоположение великолепное! Чисто и уютно. Хороший и большой шкаф. Два санузла - это очень хорошо.

Aspectos negativos: Нет посудомоечной машины! Балкона обещанного нет. Окна в глухой двор (это терпимо).

A good choice for a short stay with a purpose to reach main city areas. Good staff support.

The apartment was in a great location, with clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Aspectos positivos: The location was great. Very close to train station. Plenty of cafes near by. Two blocks to grocery store.

Aspectos negativos: there could have been some storage in the small bedroom and entrance. Plenty of closets in bigger bedroom. Ample storage in bathrooms.
