Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bonito y limpio, con ventanas enormes dando a zona arbolada, súper bien equipado, camas muy cómodas, comunicación con la empresa gestora instantánea. Para repetir

Aspectos negativos: Uno de los sofás está sucio del uso de anteriores personas y es de una tela que no se puede limpiar

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está fenomenal. Amplio, con mucha luz, limpio, muy equipado, camas cómodas y confortable.

Aspectos positivos: I recommend this accommodation. A beautiful, bright and comfortable apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. Very comfortable beds. The area is safe and quiet, 4 metro stops from the center. It has Lidl and Carrefour stores nearby.

Aspectos negativos: More attention to detail is needed. There was mold in the bathroom window. The accommodation provides only one garbage bag, it is not enough. A roll of garbage bags could be provided. They also need to provide baking paper for the oven, kitchen paper towels for wiping, wrapping foil for sandwiches,, a kettle for natural coffee. Spices could be provided in the kitchen.The radiator in the bedroom with two beds needed to be vented, probably that's why other guests complained about the lack of heat. We managed.

Aspectos positivos: The light! It’s unusual in Madrid to have windows on both sides of the main living area, and windows in all other rooms. No interior or air shaft views! The location was perfect for us, right next to the Tercer Depósito park and exercise/sports facilities. Relatively close to several Metro stops, grocery store and Chamberi restaurants and bars. Beds are comfortable and kitchen appliances work well (washing machine, stovetop, oven and dishwasher), as does the heat. Staff were very responsive when we had one maintenance issue.

Aspectos negativos: There is a music club on ground floor. You can’t hear the music but there was some noise from club goers on the sidewalk very early Sunday morning. It didn’t affect our stay (we would stay again), but some guests might feel a little uncomfortable.

Aspectos positivos: L’emplacement proche des métros et d’un parc super agréable. L’agencement de l’appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, confortable et très lumineux. L’accueil et la facilité du check-out.

Wirklich empfehlenswert

Aspectos positivos: Gute Lage nähe Metro, von dort nur 4 Stationen ins Zentrum. Lidl in der Nähe. Sonnig und Schöner Ausblick auf Park/Fußballplatz.

Aspectos positivos: Localização e segurança. Área e decoração do apartamento. Conforto do equipamento e da climatização.

Aspectos negativos: Faltou detergente para máquina de loiça e de roupa assim com papel higiênico. Os hóspedes não tem que comprar estas coisas
