Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento ideal para una estancia en familia, muy buena ubicación donde puedes ir dando un paseo al centro o en metro ya que hay una parada a cinco min. Dispone de cochera a 30 metro de distancia. Es recomendable
Aspectos negativos: Por poner una pega, una de las camas de matrimonio necesita un cambio de colchón

Great place for 4 in a really interesting part of Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: Location is great, fantastic part of Madrid and easy to get to the best parts for tourists. Staff were very helpful with bags etc, no massive problems.
Aspectos negativos: Air conditioning in the sitting room is off between 10pm - 10am, which given the heat in July was quite warm. The apartment definitely looks bigger in the photo than in reality!

Aspectos positivos: Very good location, close to metro station and old town. All major turstic spots are available by foot. Clean apartment.
Aspectos negativos: Place seems to be smaller in reality than on pics. Beds are really noisy, I mean they are a type of crackling beds. In fact you can hear each move on the bed. Rooms are not well isolated, sounds from rooms and bathroom are possible to hear in living room. Only one dishwasher cube in kitchen. Be aware, that one bathroom is between living room and bathroom. Second bathroom is assigned to bedroom with single bed.

Excellent séjour. Proximité métro La Latina et centre Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Appartement remis à neuf et bien adapté à notre famille (3 chambres, 2 sdb). Climatisation, propreté, nombreuses serviettes de toilettes, équipements électroménagers, parking privé à proximité. Nombreux magasins à proximité (La Latina). Service de gestion à l'écoute et efficace
Aspectos negativos: Un problème sur un split de climatiseur, Système internet TV à vérifier

Aspectos positivos: המיקום מושלם - שכונה שקטה ובטוחה, 5 דק הליכה מתחנת מטרו. דירה נוחה מאוד ומרווחת, מטבח מאובזר
Aspectos negativos: היה חסר ציוד בסיסי לבישול - מלח, שמן. היו מעט גלילי נייר טואלט ונאלצתי לרכוש עוד, לא היו שמפו ומרכך בחדר הרחצה. כריות מאוד לא נוחות

Aspectos negativos: When we arrived, there were some chemical smell. Not sure it’s from cleaning or something else. It’s gone on day 3. Also central air con couldn’t be turned on during night time (per energy saving policy that they told us)

Aspectos positivos: A localização é muito boa. O tamanho do apartamento é ideal para até 5 pessoas, embora fôssemos 4. Os cômodos são claros e no caso de malas, tem elevador que ajuda bem. O apartamento é bem montado e confortável. Tudo muito organizado e limpo.
Aspectos negativos: Faltou um encarte com instruções de funcionamento do fogão, da máquina de lavar, pois apanhamos um pouco para manuseá-los. Sentimos falta de um mixer ou liquidificador. Poderiam disponibilizar alguns travesseiros menos duros. Reclamamos sobre um problema que tivemos no escoamento d'água e ninguém se manifestou.

Aspectos positivos: 6 kişi 5 gece boyunca konakladık. konumu güzel, her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. pazar günleri nerdeyse kapının önünden başlayıp sokaklar boyu devam eden bit pazarı kuruluyor, gezmek inanılmaz keyifliydi. yataklar rahattı, ev temizdi. bizim gereksinimlerimizi karşıladı.
Aspectos negativos: mutfak malzemeleri çok sınırlıydı. tabak-çatal/ tencere tava gibi mutfak ekipmanları vardı ancak tuz/ baharat/ yağ/ deterjan vb temel ihtiyaçlar hiç yoktu. yemek pişirebilirsiniz ama herşeyi sıfırdan satın almak zorundasınız. tuvalet kağıdı her banyo için birer adet toplam 2 adet vardı. ayrıca yerleri yada banyoyu temizlemek için bile deterjan yoktu.
