Beautiful and very central apartment
Aspectos positivos: Spacious and very clean apartment, very well equipped with everything typical need for your stay in Madrid. Super centrally located , close to Metro station, huge 24h Carrefour supermarket right across, close to museums/bars/restaurants… Communication with owner Enrique very uncomplicated and very friendly, as was the check in with Joaquin!
Aspectos negativos: Be aware that Lavapiés is a very lively neighbourhood, which was totally fine for us, that’s why we wanted to be there. Still: the Plaza de Lavapies in particular can be a bit „challenging“ for sensitive souls who are not familiar with the real life and its challenges in big cities. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, but some of the guys hanging out there were questionable 😅

Aspectos positivos: the agent and host are very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrives early in the morning. They tried very hard to let us move in earlier which saved us sitting in the street with luggages. We would like to say thank you again. We would like to recommend to friends and stay again.

Aspectos positivos: Lokasyon fiyat/performans yönünden iyiydi. Kahve, çay, banyo malzemeleri vb. Fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü
Aspectos negativos: Tüm radyatörleri bir arada çalıştırınca elektrik kesintisi oldu, soğuk havalarda tercih etmem. Sıcak su da cok kısıtlıydı ısınması uzun sürüyordu

Aspectos positivos: l’arredamento, di classe e funzionale. La posizione, sopra a una stazione della metro, ma i principali punti di interesse sono tutti vicini e raggiungibili a piedi . Lo staff molto dipendente

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Madrid à pied
Aspectos positivos: Un bel appartement propre , confortable et idéalement situé par rapport aux visites ( 15 min à pied de tout ) avec magasins alimentaires tout autour ;très bonne réactivité de l’hôte .
Aspectos negativos: La place en bas de l’appartement est assez mal fréquentée . Mais cela ne doit pas être un frein à la location car on ne fait qu’y passer ..

Ein sehr angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage – ich komme gerne wieder zu Enrique!
Aspectos positivos: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Eine neue Klimaanlage war in allen Zimmern vorhanden, die Kommunikation war hervorragend (schnell & freundlich), es war alles super sauber. Es gab viele Handtücher, was besonders für Frauen mit langen Haaren sehr angenehm war. Der große Kühlschrank war praktisch und die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in einer multikulturellen Umgebung.
Aspectos negativos: Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Séjour très agréable !
Aspectos positivos: L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre. Nous avons visité Madrid à pied. Le quartier est animé et multiculturel. Dans le quartier, nous avons trouvé des adresses top pour manger à un prix plus que raisonnable ! Joaquin nous a attendu malgré le retard de l’avion. … ah oui et bonne literie ☺️
Aspectos negativos: L’immeuble n’est pas insonorisé, du coup on entend les conversations des voisins surtout la nuit. Bemol pour la propreté : salle de bains avec des traces sur la porte de la douche, couche de poussière sur les toilettes et machine à café pas vidée.

A due passi dal centro
Aspectos positivos: Appartamento ubicato su Plaza Lavapies, quartiere multietnico. Nonostante la presenza nella piazza di persone fino a notte tarda, l'appartamento era ben insonorizzato, non si sentiva alcun rumore. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro della citta'.

Ubicacion muy buena y el departamento es amplio y muy comodo. Muy recomendable
Aspectos positivos: En general muy contento, todo muy completo y buenos detalles como la disponibilidad de cafe y te de excelente calidad y variado, las habitaciones muy comodas
Aspectos negativos: No tengo queja, todo muy bien. Lo unico, pero tal vez es por el espacio. Recomendaria un lavamanos del baño mas grande, es decir una pequeña actualizacion, el que tiene es muy diminuto y esto no es muy comodo. Pero como repito es pequeño el espacio, pero yo creo que si seria posible con un buen proyecto de renovacion, quedaria fabuloso.
