Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend – alles ist gut erreichbar und ideal für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar waren, sogar mitten in der Nacht (gegen 3 Uhr), was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Aspectos negativos: Ein kleiner Nachteil ist jedoch, dass sich das Apartment im Erdgeschoss befindet. Dadurch hört man relativ viel von draußen. Als Gruppe von Frauen haben wir uns deshalb teilweise etwas unsicher gefühlt, vor allem wegen der Glastür mit Milchglas – man konnte von aussen Schatten erkennen, was ein unangenehmes Gefühl erzeugt hat. Zudem gab es in der Nacht einen Vorfall, den wir gemeldet haben. Uns ist bewusst, dass die Agentur dafür nichts kann, dennoch war die Situation nicht angenehm. Wir vermuten auch, dass die Tür leicht mit anderen verwechselt werden kann, da einige Türen im Gebäude sehr ähnlich sind – möglicherweise auch von Personen unter Alkoholeinfluss. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Badezimmer: Es ist etwas eng, insbesondere für grössere Personen, die auf der Toilette etwas unbequem sitzen müssen. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Service – mit ein paar kleinen Einschränkungen.

Excelente para um fim de semana à aventura em Madrid!
Aspectos positivos: Localização e comodidade de acesso à habitação. Equipamentos disponíveis. Excelentes condições e habitação moderna.
Aspectos negativos: A única crítica construtiva que tenho a fazer é colocarem algum tipo de ambientador na casa de banho da sala, pois ocasionalmente surgia cheiro a esgoto. A casa de banho da sala é pequena para alguém com + de 1,90m de altura, mas quanto a isso pouco há a fazer
