Lovely flat, perfect location, could do with some improvements but still recommend to

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located perfectly in Chueca, literally couldn’t be more central. Walking distance from majority of things to see, very close to metro. Apartment is facing away from the street, so it’s very quiet and you still get a nice view. It is small but cozy, Small bathroom is ok, kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a simple meal. bedroom has a big wardrobe with lots of hangers (big bonus!) The apartment was super clean, reasonably easy to access with the check in app and a code later. Fast Wi-Fi

Aspectos negativos: Master bed was very comfortable, but it’s small, not comfortable for two men. Fortunately sofa in the living room was very comfortable as well. I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for more than 2 people. The flat is quite dated, it has a very old gas boiler, which you have to manually fire up with a lighter. Doesn’t feel safe in 2025. The QR code with instructions on how to do it also didn’t work, fortunately I had a similar boiler 30 years ago so I knew what to do with it, but it took the landlord very long time to reply to me when I asked about it. The lock on the door, operated by a code didn’t feel very secure, the door wouldn’t open using keys, it’s code only, so no idea what happens if internet is down r there’s no power. Taking a shower was a bit tricky with the tap to shower switch falling off.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr zentral mitten im Leben. Alles Fussläufig erreichbar.

Aspectos negativos: An die Türöffnung mit Smart Phone Steuerung mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen.

Хорошие аппартаменты в самом центре. Нам повезло, с ребенком- на инвалидной коляске проблем не было, не сомневайтесь хор

Aspectos positivos: Место. Красивый вид из окна, соответствие цены и качества. Не пожалеете. Для людей с ограниченными возможностями хорошая доступность в апартаменты, лифт работал всегда, но внутри нужна помощь или надо быть шустрым.

Aspectos negativos: Не работал домофон. За доставкой приходилось спускаться, плохое давление горячей воды( но может в Европе так всюду), почти не работал простой ключ, открывали по коду.

Aspectos positivos: Très bien situé en centre ville. appartement calme coté cour. Biien équipé.

Aspectos negativos: Procédure d'accès à l'appartement aurait mérité de recevoir une fiche récapitulative .Procédure pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble pas évidente.Pour la porte de l'appartement, Il faut de temps en temps s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour arriver à l'ouvrir. Décoration avec de multiples plantes vertes en plastique vraiment pas utile ; on souhaite plutot élimer le plastique ! Pas d'information ni de poubelle de tri sélectif dans l'appartement .

Aspectos positivos: Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla gran via e dalle metro gran via e tribunal; la strada è ricca di negozi, comoda la presenza di supermercati. Casa lumimosa, piccina ma adeguata alle nostre esigenze, eravamo in 4 e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La cucina era ben attrezzata e l'host disponibilissimo, soluzione sicuramente consigliata.
