Apartamento Malasaña Terrace en Madrid

On balance, it was a good place to stay.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely light, comfortable and spacious apartment for 2-3 people. Spotlessly clean. The heating worked well. We didn't experience any bother from noise in the street or the building. The location was good - central, and close to the metro.

Aspectos negativos: The check-in process was far too complicated. Having to download an app, pay a deposit before arrival etc shouldn't have been necessary. In the event, we didn't download the app. We were asked to let them know 30 minutes before arrival. We did this but apparently they didn't receive the message. So some confusion there. Eventually a representative from the rental company came to the apartment and let us in and we paid the deposit to her. She wasn't very welcoming at all. We also thought the rental company was really mean with the supplies in the flat. No tea, coffee, bottled water or oil. No tea towels or washing up liquid. One tiny cloth for wiping the kitchen surfaces - not sufficient. No washing machine products. We did see salt and pepper pots. We thought \

Lovely apartment in the centre of a lovely city

Aspectos positivos: We were in the heart of the city, with great amenities, bars, shops and restaurants all around us. Couldn't have been better.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice and comfortable place. Fully corresponds to description and photo. Very good location - easy to get to it and reasonable distance to main attractions. The apart is very good equipped - all necessary is there. Has very good terrace. Very good communication with the team.

Aspectos negativos: A download of special application and a registration via it is necessary for check-in. Still, manageable and the app includes very useful information. Probably just haven't used such way before. It would be useful to have some basics like salt and sugar in the apart.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful property, full amenities with fantastic upper bedroom and balcony. So close to all the major attractions and shops. Plenty of great restaurants and shops around the corner and decent supermarket

Aspectos negativos: Slightly noisy at night, bar on the corner of both ends of the roads. Couldn’t hear any noise in the bedrooms though so slept well

Aspectos positivos: Lovely penthouse apartment and really good location. Managed to walk everywhere we wanted to from here.

Aspectos negativos: The shower in the upstairs bedroom is a little small. One of the beds was very squeaky.

Aspectos positivos: konum gerçekten çok iyiydi. 2 aile olarak seyahat ettik ve odalar büyüktü. beklentimizi karşıladı. dolapların büyüklüğü yeterliydi. kalabalık seyahat eden arkadaş grupları için büyük rahatlık 2 ayrı banyo ve tuvalet olması. terası da çok güzeldi aksamları oturup dinlenmek keyifliydi.

Aspectos negativos: ev biraz tozluydu özellikle salondaki koltuk. ve üst kattaki yatak birleştirilmiş sürekli kayıyordu. ve evde bir kaç defa minik karınca gördüm rahatsız olan varsa bilgisine.

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très confortable, bien équipé, bonne literie, la petite terrasse au top. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC. Dans une rue calme tout en étant proche de tout, métro à 3 mn.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent space for a family. Location was great, walkable to sites, but also good metro access. Terrace was great, but heatwave made it hard to use even at night.

Aspectos negativos: I wish the doors had remote locks instead of being keyed, it would have simplified arrival
