Aspectos positivos: El estar en el centro de todos los lugares de interés a los que queríamos visitar, el museo Reina Sofia a cinco minutos andando, la estación de Atocha a 8 minutos andando, para visitar Sol, tomando el autobús línea 32 ó 26, nos dejaba muy cerquita, el barrio Lavapiés, no son muy limpias las calles, pero todo perfecto

Aspectos negativos: no puedo decir nada que no me gustara, solo faltaban cosas de higiene, un poquito de limpieza, o el calentador de agua caliente se conectaba por medio de una regleta, que se encontraba escondida tras los utensilios cocina, por todo lo demás, todo bien

Aspectos positivos: Esta muy bien ubicado y lo mejor es que no escuchas ruido por la noche, pudimos descansar como en casa. El personal muy amable, sin duda volveríamos. Gracias 😊

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento en un edificio antiguo pero muy céntrico, perfecto para pasar unos días dos personas,Cocina pequeña pero con todo lo necesario.

Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo el microondas.

Very central and comfortable apartment

Aspectos positivos: Very central location, all the main attractions are a few minutes walk away. Very safe area. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet. Nice bars and restaurants. The apartment has a decent size lounge and double bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are very small. The shower works perfectly. There is a lot of storage room. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Aspectos negativos: All the windows of the apartment face internally, so there is no view of the streets. There are no teaspoons and cutlery is scarce. It would have been nice to have some basics like salt , sugar etc… I think this could be changed very easily.

Aspectos positivos: This property was amazing.I stayed here with my mom and there was the perfect amount of space for the both of us. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing I did not like about the apartment, but the only thing I would point out is the air conditioner leaked water if it was on for too long

Une semaine à deux très appréciée

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement idéal près des musées (Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemisza), de la gare d'Atocha (bus express aéroport), et du centre-ville (Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol, Palacio Real, ....). Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, il est possible de tout faire à pied (de la fondation Juan March au temple de Debod, jusqu'au Madrid Rio et au Matadero). Le calme. Le lit confortable. Chaque pièce a sa fenêtre.

Aspectos negativos: Ce sont des détails: l'espace restreint à gauche du lit, l'étroitesse dans la cuisine, la faible luminosité de l'appartement (qui peut être un plus je suppose en période de canicule).

Aspectos positivos: Очень удобное жилье, есть все необходимое. Лифт оказался очень кстати, хотя и был очень маленьким. Мы приехали гораздо позже согласованного времени, но хозяйка дождалась нас.

Aspectos negativos: Очень мало капсул для кофемашины и для стиральной машины.

Aspectos positivos: Ben situat, ampli, net, ben equipat, amb ascensor. Molt bona comunicació amb agència.
