Comodidad y Ubicacion excelente
Aspectos positivos: Me gusto mucho la ubicacion, facil acceso a todas las avenidas, ademas el barrio con muchos lugares donde comer y beber caminando sin tener que subir a transporte publico. tambien ns gusto mucho la distribucion del departamento y que tenia todas las comodidades necesarias para nuestra estancia.
Aspectos negativos: Todo nos gusto, al inicio tuvimos dificultad para abrir la puerta, sin embago ya despues fue muy facil, porque ya teniamos las llaves.

Fantastic location.
Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location. Very clean. Great communication from the owners. A lovely street right outside with everything on your doorstep. Would highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: The property is well located, very clise to Metro, bus, Atocha traín station and places like Plaza del Sol and Gran Vía. The apart is comfy and good for 2 adults and 2 children. No external noise and lightning so you sleep like a baby. There are windows and a patio providing natural light.
Aspectos negativos: Shady neighbourhood, is predominantly African/Asian. Rubbish container is in front of the entrance to te property. The shower’s water is warmth but not hot, which is a problem during winter. It is unpleasant to take a shower like that after a cold day. Fix this issue and the apart would be perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Subway station is very close as well as food store, restaurants, tourist sites. Area is rather nice with its unique spirit. Good price for the group of 4. Apartment is very well equipped.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment is nice but needs some repair. It was a problem with check in; which is airbnb disadvantage comparing with hotels with check-in counters. The rest pluses and minuses are described clearly by other guests, I do not want to repeat same info.

Aspectos positivos: C’était parfait , juste l’odeur de l’humidité est vraiment présente mais ça nous a pas dérangé car nous allons à l’appartement juste pour y dormir

Aspectos positivos: Очень удачное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком, мы не пользовались общественным транспортом. В 5 минутах большой супермаркет. Много кафе и баров вокруг. В самом номере при этом тихо. Апартаменты соответствуют заявленному описанию и фото. Кровати удобные. Есть стиральная машина и даже были капсулы для нее, а на кухне средство для мытья посуды, губка, тряпка для стола и полотенце, что очень удобно!!!
Aspectos negativos: Темновато внутри. Видели тараканов в кухонной зоне. Требуется залог 300 € ( возвратный) или 18€ невозвратный, а также дополнительная регистрация с отправкой скана паспорта, эл. почты, домашнего адреса, телефона

Aspectos positivos: La casa piccolina ma molto accogliente, la posizione molto bella piena di locali e tutti i servizi. Zona Lavapiés in piazza c’è un supermercato. Rivedrei un attimo il bagno perché la porta della doccia si chiude male ed esce l’acqua fuori. Purtroppo manca il bidè ma quello all’estero è un disagio per noi italiani! Il resto tutto ok. L’host contattato sempre su Booking ha sempre risposto ad ogni mia esigenza!

Parfait pour un petit séjour en famille
Aspectos positivos: très bien situé dans le quartier de lavapies. a 10/15 mn de la gare, du Prado, du musee reina sophia . Agreable appartement assez spacieux, très calme alors qu'il y avait le festival \
Aspectos negativos: le systeme clé electronique qui ne fonctionne pas. il a fallu attendre que quelqu'un vienne nous amener les cles. le lit double mezzanine pas confortable l'autre parfait. chambres sans fenetre manque de notice explicative pour les appareils.

Aspectos positivos: There was a lot of space and good amount of kitchen supplies ( toaster, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, etc)
Aspectos negativos: The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and hard to sit and get up from.
