Aspectos positivos: Amamos la comodidad del departamento, está remodelado y todo está en perfecto estado. Camas cómodas, baños limpios y toallas cómo de hotel

Aspectos negativos: Que no tiene elevador y que estaba en construcción en la calle de la entrada

Madrid se disfruta mejor en un excelente apartamento

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento estaba decorado con mucho gusto y completamente equipado. Los cuartos de baño y la cocina con materiales y utensilios modernos y de primera calidad. Muy luminoso y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, no obstante la zona es muy silenciosa y se respira tranquilidad.

Aspectos negativos: Había obras de acondicionamiento en el edificio pero los inevitables ruidos estaban muy controlados y los trabajos respetaban en todo caso las horas de descanso.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment- stylish and elegant with two bathrooms and lovely lounge area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine was useful as we were at the end of our hols travelling around Spain. We found the location perfect for sight seeing- easy walk to Gran Via, nearby bus stop to Bernabeu stadium and Temple of Debod on your doorstep. We found the beds comfortable and the air conditioning very efficient. Check in was super easy and staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend- one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.

Aspectos negativos: The only reason I didn’t give full marks is on the first night when we tried to cook - we had the oven on and a few hobs on the cooker at the same time and the power for the whole apartment kept tripping and turning everything off in apartment. This happened 4 times in 20 mins- rather frustrating! After this we are out every night!! But wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t want to cook.

Great option for family of four wanting to explore Madrid

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped for a family of four and in a great location with proximity to Plaza de Espańa. Would definitely book again.

Aspectos negativos: The master bed was very firm and the wardrobe door needed some WD40. Very minor things but I did wake up with a crick in my neck every morning. The wardrobe door was supposed to be soft/slow/ self closing but the noise drove me mad so I had to keep pushing it shut. Again, very minor annoyance and I would still book this accommodation again.

Great value for money and will recommend the apartment to anybody.

Aspectos positivos: The host, Christian was very friendly and helpfull. The apartment was new, spacious, clean and equiped with all the required electrical appliances. Lots of restaurants, eateries & pubs in the area including a grocery store nearby. The aircon was very effective and we had a most enjoyable stay.

Excellent apartment in a good location for visiting the main sites in Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent apartment in a good location for visiting the main sites in Madrid. The hosting company met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and provide information on the facilities etc., which was a nice touch. The apartment itself looked newly refurbished and was in excellent condition. Nice living room, good sized dining area and well equipped kitchen (though we didn't have call to use it). Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the showers in the bathrooms were excellent. Apartment is on a quiet residential street, but close to many bars and restaurants that pop up / open from early evening. Would highly recommend and would definitely use both the apartment and the hosting company (Luxury Rentals Madrid) again.

Quiet, modern apartment with plenty of amenities

Aspectos positivos: Quiet, unique floor plan with LR facing the street separated by the kitchen from the two bedrooms in the back. Showers are fantastic- great water pressure. Used washer/dryer and oven during our stay, and both worked well. Convenient to Noviciado metro stop.

Aspectos positivos: We were met by a very polite man who explained everything: how to close doors, use a/c and heating, etc. Apartments are very big, clean and modern, with a lot of light. Everything you need is already there.

Aspectos negativos: There were a construction in the building during the first 2 days of our stay, from 9 to 18:00. It made our first day expirience bad as we'd like to sleep after a long flight.
