Deluxe en plaza mayor

Impecable ubicación y estado del departamento

Aspectos positivos: Estar a 50 metros de Plaza Mayor, se convierte en la mejor ubicación si no tenés movilidad. Todo queda cerca. El departamento es soñado, impecable la limpieza, y super equipada tanta la cocina como el baño.

Aspectos negativos: Es un 4to piso por escalera. Subir con muchas valijas puede resultar bastante tedioso y agotador.

Great location near Plaza Mayor - lots of steps to top floor - no sofa bed!!

Aspectos positivos: The property was in the perfect location for visiting the sights of Madrid, right by the entrance to the Plaza Mayor yet quiet! The apartment is small but functional and has everything you need for a stay in Madrid, with a supermarket right across the road and restaurants with easy reach.

Aspectos negativos: Very disappointed there was no sofa bed! Photos clearly showed a sofa bed set up in the lounge and it would have been useful as the air conditioning was in the lounge! The air conditioning was only in the lounge and you it was hard to feel it in the bedroom. Although its stated as a one bedroom, it is not unusual to have a sofa bed in the lounge for when two people are sharing, so i was surprised to find that the sofa bed was no longer in use - the photos need to be removed to avoid misinformation. It was on the fourth floor and they were very steep. Getting entrance to the property was left to the last minute - only given details once flight has landed.

Belle appartement et excellente emplacement!

Aspectos positivos: L’emplacement est incroyable, très proche de tout. Très propre appartement et très bien pour un couple. Bien équipé également.

Aspectos negativos: Beaucoup de marche à monter pour se rendre au 4e étage!

Gran ubicación a metros de la plaza mayor

Aspectos positivos: El departamento en sí es cómodo limpio y parece nuevo ! Está renovado y muy lindo !

Aspectos negativos: El departamento excelente, el edificio deja bastante que desear y no lo ponen en la descripción, ni informan que es por escalera y el aire acondicionado no llega al dormitorio ya que está en el living, deberían al menos poner un ventilador.

Aspectos positivos: 小学生低学年の娘と2人旅でしたが、広くて設備も整っていて、どこへ行くにも近くて便利、Uberやタクシーも呼びやすい、スーパーマーケットも目の前、カフェや食事も徒歩数秒でたくさんある、雨が降っても隣が傘屋さん、部屋はマヨール広場にあるにも関わらず全然うるさくなく、洗濯機と乾燥機もあるので荷物も最小限でこれました。完璧でした。

Aspectos negativos: エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを運ぶのが少し大変。

Aspectos positivos: Понравилось, что персонал всегда на связи. Много расходников, кофе принесли. Все есть для жизни, кроме конечно крышки для сковородки :)

Aspectos negativos: Кондиционер работает на одну комнату, было жарковато. Диван мы разложить не смогли :)
