Amplio y cómodo.
Aspectos positivos: Apartamento amplio, muy cómodo para 3 personas. Está al lado de la Plaza Mayor, cerca de las paradas de metro. Limpio y con terracita. Nos dejaron varias copias de las llaves en la casa para poder ser más independientes entre nosotras. También dejaron pastillas para el lavavajillas y para la lavadora y secadora. Si te toca dormir en el sofá cama lleva tapones, ya que al estar tan céntrico se escucha ruido durante toda la noche. En las habitaciones se descansa mejor ya que dan a un patio de luces.
Aspectos negativos: Las instrucciones para recoger las llaves las enviaron mal, por lo que tuve que llamar al teléfono facilitado para que me lo solucionaran. Tuve que caminar 15 minutos más para recogerlas en otro locker y luego los 20 minutos de vuelta hasta el apartamento. En esta ocasión iba con mochila y el clima era bueno, pero si fuera con maleta y estuviera mal tiempo sería un engorro. Algo que podría estar resuelto en 5 minutos (coger las llaves e ir al apartamento) al final me llevó media hora.

Céntrico, cómodo y enorme apartamento
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación fue maravillosa, apartamento muy grande, silencioso y cómodo. ¡Volvería!
Aspectos negativos: El recogido de llaves es en un lugar lejos para el que va con maletas pesadas y subiendo cuestas. Aparte, encontramos la consigna de maletas para clientes, ¡muy caro! Un descuento para clientes no vendría mal. Falta algún mueble para poner la maleta, ¡hay espacio!

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico. Es muy espacioso, está equipado de todo, perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones con todas las comodidades y muy limpio. Lo recomiendo cien por cien.
Aspectos negativos: No hubo nada que no nos gustsra.

A well appointed apartment from which to see the main attractions of Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Great central location with all major attractions in walking distance….if you like walking
Aspectos negativos: I would have thought, for the price, that there could have been some provision of tea/ coffee etc

Aspectos positivos: The appartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - the location is just perfect and it was fun to watch the world pass by from the small balcony
Aspectos negativos: This was fine for us as we got the taxi from the airport to stop at the key box on the way to the appartment it could be difficult if a car was hired or people used public transport - it would be great if there was a key box in walking distance of the property but I assume the host has already checked this out - it did not detract from our wonderful stay. It would be great if there was some coffee and milk in the appartnment on arrival

Great stay.
Aspectos positivos: Within easy walking distance of so much of what Madrid has to offer. Next to the bustling Plaza Mayor and its many restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. Spacious, light and cosy.. Bedroom being at the back of the apartment was quiet, even when the Plaza was extremely busy. Bed very comfortable.
Aspectos negativos: Slight niggle. Wooden flooring loose in places.

Aspectos positivos: Posizione centralissima adiacente a Plaza Mayor e strategica per visitare la città a piedi. Struttura confortevole con ampia area living, cucina attrezzata, due bagni e due camere da letto.

Great place in a great location.
Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent. We were just steps outside of Plaza Mayor. Many restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, so it was quiet for sleeping. I enjoyed people watching from the balcony. We appreciated having 2 full bathrooms.

Aspectos positivos: Le logement est très spacieux, bien décoré et très agréable. La localisation est juste incroyable, juste à côté de la Plaza Mayor. C'est idéal pour visiter Madrid, tout se fait à pied ou presque. Je recommande vivement.
Aspectos negativos: Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle. La récupération des clés a été difficile car le code pour le dépôt ne fonctionnait pas. Au bout de quelques appels, nous avons pu ouvrir le logement.
