Agradable, cómodo y práctico

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento acogedor muy cómodo y práctico, con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. El barrio donde está situado es ideal y es muy agradable, en los 8 días que estuvimos allí no utilizamos el metro en ningún momento! Sin duda volvería a reservar este alojamiento!!

Excellent value for money in a winning neighborhood

Aspectos positivos: An amazing studio in a great area. The neighborhood is quiet yet not far from the city center, and it has everything you could want within walking distance — shops, restaurants, and more. The studio itself is well equipped and very clean. The studio has everything needed for comfortable living: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and high-quality internet. There is even a work corner with a dedicated workspace. There is occasionally an issue with the electricity tripping due to overload, but after we contacted them, a technician came to check it.

Clean, modern facilities in great location.

Aspectos positivos: This is a clean, modern apartment in a location so conveniently located within easy walking distance of several metro stations. It is thoughtfully fitted out with the inclusion of a small step-ladder which is very much needed given the height of some of the cupboards The property owners communicated well and were very responsive in attempting to resolve a couple of maintenance issues that arose.

Aspectos negativos: Given that guests are expected to take responsibility for their own rubbish removal ( due to local rubbish collection arrangements) it would be helpful if replacement bin liners were provided. The issue with frequent power outages in the apartment really needs to be addressed.

Great base for exploring Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Great contact and introduction from the host Gustavo, who met us at the location to explain everything. The apartment was clean and as described on the website. The location is great if you prefer to be outside of the tourist area but still in easy reach of the city centre (we walked in on a couple of occasions and took the metro on others). Good shops and facilities in the immediate area. The team in the supermarket across the road are super friendly. The local area feels very safe.

Comfortable modern studio in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: A small but very clean and modern apartment in the west of Madrid. It is a short walk from several metro stations and there many shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was very easy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay (hair dryer, washing machine, heating, good shower, etc.). Highly recommend!

Aspectos negativos: As with many places in Spain, the walls are quite thin.

Small apartment with all amenities.

Aspectos positivos: Very good location, in a quiet neighborhood, on the outskirts of the centre, served by several metro and bus lines. It has everything a house needs. Clean and convenient for a couple.

Aspectos negativos: I would like it to be bigger, with a bigger bed.
