Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la cama y sobre todo el trato del anfitrión.

Aspectos negativos: Faltaba un pequeño kit de limpieza (escoba ,fregona). El tostador no funcionaba.

Aspectos positivos: La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento es confortable, amplio , limpio y todo nuevo. Ha sido una buena experiencia

Funcional, práctico, moderno y cómodo

Aspectos positivos: Me fallo otro alojamiento y Manuel fue excepcional, me facilitó el Checkin en tiempo Record y todo a las mil maravillas El alojamiento es nuevo y está todo en un estado excepcional. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes todos los servicios y varias opciones de transporte en la puerta del edificio

Aspectos negativos: Como punto de mejora incluir un aviso de que hay un escalón grande para salir al patio, salí de noche y tiene un pequeño desnivel que le puede dar algún susto a alguien

Aspectos positivos: Super completo el piso. Cerca de todo. Muy cómodo. La terraza está muy chula.

Aspectos positivos: La terraza es muy agradable, el apartamento es amplio y no le falta detalle.

Aspectos negativos: Todo estupendo.

Aspectos positivos: Es un estudio nuevo. La cama muy cómoda, el baño impecable. Tiene un patio pequeñito que le da mucha luminosidad. Agradezco a Manuel que siempre estuvo atento y amable ante nuestros pedidos.

Aspectos negativos: El sillón incómodo y pequeño. La cocina pequeñísima y el microondas y la tostadora arriba de la mesa y la vajilla en un mueble bajo el televisor. Para estar varios días como estamos acostumbrados le falta comodidad.

Nice flat in a lovely area

Aspectos positivos: The location was ideal for us since it was a 9 minute walk from our daughter’s flat, but even apart from that, a bus stop is right on the street and the metro a 5 minute walk away, so you are in the centre very quickly. Chamberi itself is very attractive, too, of course, with lots of places to eat and lots of life. The apartment was small but comfortable with basic kitchen equipment. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the landlord worked very well via the booking app - answers were almost immediate. He was very helpful even with some extra wishes I had. At night it was nice and quiet, though this probably depends on the neighbours, since the walls seem to be thin. I would definitely stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen could have been slightly more equipped. There is only one pot and a frying pan, for instance. Fortunately, my daughter could bring some of her things when we ate in our room. There is only two of everything, so when someone comes over you need to improvise a bit. It transported us back to student times. The bathroom is small, but the shower is lovely!

It was a pleasant stay in nice apartment in the location two metro stops from the centre of Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: The flat is recently reformed, all is new, clean, nice and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. There is enough space in the apartment. The contact person Manuel is very supportive, answers all questions and requests almost immediately. The location of the flat is excellent, in nice neighborhood, very near to the centre of Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: The building has thin walls and so you can hear noise from other apartments.
