Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion, era espacioso, completo. Los anfitriones muy atentos a la hora de las consultas que le mandabamos.

Aspectos negativos: Una de las habitaciones esta bajando una escalera bastante empinada. Podria tener algun tipo de proteccion para niños.

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza, el aire acondicionado. El equipamiento de la cocina. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas un rato antes.

Aspectos negativos: Los pisos tienen que ser cambiados. Las puertas de los baños no permiten intimidad. El baño del pasillo no le funcionaba el agua caliente. La escalera del dormitorio de abajo no es cómoda (escalones muy pequeños)

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it was superb.

Aspectos positivos: The host is super responsive and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is large and pleasant, with high ceilings. Very clean and modern. Quiet most of the time, with the occasional neighbour noise heard in the back bedroom, and the occasional street noise in the basement bedroom, but nothing to worry about. The kitchen is well-appointed and the dining room useful with a nice window with shutters which open to let more light in. Bedrooms nice, with handy en-suites and a third bathroom on ground level. The position of the apartment is so central. A short walk to the Royal Palace and surrounding streets, so you are very central but just enough away from the hustle and bustle. A supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away, and a pharmacy just opposite. Eateries and pubs within walking, and we do recommend seeing a Flamenco show - again, this was within walking distance. We walked a lot and used the metro so we didn't need a car. In all it was fabulous!

Aspectos negativos: I wish there had been a wardrobe or hanging facilities in the basement bedroom, and an oven in the kitchen. There is a two ring hob and a microwave, but no oven, which I though was odd because the kitchen is large enough to fit one. It made meal planning interesting decided what to eat with no oven available, but we managed. Maybe include an air fryer to assist with this?

would stay here again without a doubt.

Aspectos positivos: Brand new apartment. Host is a big renting company managing 100s of properties. Great response and accomodation.

Aspectos negativos: only weird thing were the bathrooms - doors are sliding and don't really close tight, but it's no dealbreaker.
