Aspectos positivos: La comodidad, no se escucha el ruido de la calle, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa, todo estaba limpio, en buenas condiciones, para mi fue excelente

Aspectos negativos: Nada

Aspectos positivos: 55sqm well designed space so that the 1 bedroom apartment worked really well with space for cases etc. There was a pack containing sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, washing machine liquid which was efficient and thoughtful. Clear guidelines about what they expected. Nicely decorated.

Great appartment on Lavapies

Aspectos positivos: Well furnished, functional appartment. Close to all the sights. Communication with the staff was great.

Aspectos negativos: The bed matress could be replaced.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, with nice and new furniture, we really liked it - it's perfect for a weekly stay or even more since it has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. There was an iron for clothes that you can use which is essential but not a lot apartments have it so I appreciated it a lot. Location wise was great as well, you just need to go uphill a little bit and then you are in the most central area of the city. Neighbourhood was nice as well, just a small thing was that there was renovation going on next door that we could've got a heads up from the host but we didn't - it wasn't a big deal because they were starting with work later in the day like 10-11 o'clock so not super early and were gone before we get back from exploring. All in all nice apartment and would return again.

Aspectos negativos: There are a couple things that are not a big deal but would really level up the stay and make it more comfortable (some are mentioned in other reviews from earlier but still aren't fixed) - proper blinds for the windows (window is really close to the bed and you get the sunlight in the morning directly at your face so it messes up your sleep) - cups for toothbrush and soap holder - shampoo and body wash gel holder in the shower I mean these are really inexpensive things that won't cost much if hosts would added them but it will make a difference for more pleasant stay.

Good for a short stay

Aspectos positivos: Easy to get to and it had everything we needed for a short stay. We didn't encounter any problems.

Aspectos positivos: Location is fine, not perfect but within decent distance from all main spots. Apartment is cozy for couple and comfort. It has all basic amenities. Its quiet. Bed is nice. Excellent communication with hosts throughout.

Aspectos negativos: Two towels for 5 days is not adequate, there needs to be more. Also, I would expect at least a bottle of water in the refrigerator when we arrived. Other than that no other comments.

Excellent cosy apartment

Aspectos positivos: This is a very nice apartment in a residential building, situated in a quite central area in Madrid. However, the apartment is well-placed, and you can not hear the noise from the street. Everything was nice and clear, and the contact with the hosts via WhatsApp was very smooth. The apartment has a small kitchen area, a small living-room, a very comfortable night space, and a large bathroom. You can explore Lavapies, one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, and walk 20 minutes to Plaza Mayor. There are also several metro and train stations (Puerta de Toledo, Embajadores, Piramides) quite close.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was perfect for me. I must say I did not use the TV, so I do not know if it works well, and I did not use the kitchen to prepare any food.

Calme dans un quartier sympa

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement, la taille, l'environnement de l'appartement dans l'immeuble, le calme .

Aspectos negativos: Le lit est très dur. Trop dur. Il manque un système de ventilation, l'air n'est pas renouvelé.

Appartamento ben equipaggiato in ottima zona

Aspectos positivos: Ottima zona, ben collegata con la metro, tranquilla durante la settimana e vivace la domenica durante il Rastro

Aspectos negativos: Appartamento un po' freddino, non ci sono i termosifoni e il condizionatore non riusciva a scaldare adeguatamente.

Très bien situé et au calme.

Aspectos positivos: L emplacement a quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants et des différentes lignes de métro et bus permettant de visiter Madrid , L Escorial, Sergovia et Tolède sans voiture, et tout en étant au calme. Lit confortable . Propre.

Aspectos negativos: Nettement plus petit que les 55 m2 annoncés (en réalité proche de 25 à 30 m2). Le manque d’accessoires pour cuisiner (aucun plat pour aller au micro-ondes, ni aucune casserole) . Les fuites d’eau depuis la douche.
