Aspectos positivos: El lugar es muy cerca de todo ademas que las habitaciones son super comodas

Alojamiento correcto para grupo

Aspectos positivos: El equipo que lo gestiona es amable y profesional. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y la tecnología de acceso me gustó mucho, daba la independencia a cada huésped de entrar y salir a su propio ritmo.

Aspectos negativos: La calidad-precio.Es un piso interior, en una planta baja sin ningún lujo excepto el precio. Supongo que no es algo concreto a este alojamiento, sino un problema generalizado que, en mi humilde opinión, demasiadas cosas no valen lo que cuestan y esta no es una excepción.

Agradable y eficiente

Aspectos positivos: Que nos dejaran el desayuno para los tres días que estuvimos y pudiéramos racionárnoslo nosotros, además de que tuvieran el detalle de dejarnos los utensilios necesarios para la limpieza de la vajilla y los vasos.

Aspectos negativos: Las camas a nuestro gusto eran muy duras y nos costaba conciliar el sueño en ellas.

Aspectos positivos: La comunicación entre Bus y metro Nos pudimos comunicar a todos los puntos que visitamos

Excellent for a family or group of friends

Aspectos negativos: Nothing, all good

Amazing and we could feel at home

Aspectos positivos: We were a group travelling for work with a stop in Madrid and we loved the attention from Bea and Juan. Thank you very much for everything. The apartment is huge and super clean. Easy to access and user friendly!

Aspectos negativos: Some construction noise but not that much while we were in the apartment. This is also something temporary as we could see. If you could also leave some coffee it would be nice as we were working it helps a lot but We received a very nice wlecome gift with decaffeinated coffee, but I leave the tip to leave coffee for visitors. ;) But I don't have much to say because we enjoyed a lot our stay.

Aspectos positivos: Muy cómoda y limpia , quizás la ubicación lejos del centro y cortés por obra apañen apenas la puntuación

We enjoyed our trip a lot. The apartment served our needs perfectly.

Aspectos positivos: Extremely clean property. As advertised in the description. Very close to the train station and metro stops. It served us well for our weekend in Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: Coming from the US, the design of the apartment took a bit to get used to. It is a narrow hallway with individual rooms running along each side. Typical for the area I think but it was a bit of a surprise at first.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, szívesen újra visszamennénk.

Aspectos positivos: A szállás nagyon jó elosztású volt, hatan nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk. Minden szükséges eszközzel fel volt szerelve, ami az ott tartózkodók kényelméhez szükséges. A szállásadó nagyon figyelmes volt, bármikor el tudtuk érni, amikor arra szükségünk volt. A szállás nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen közelében van a metrómegálló és pályaudvar, de gyalogosan is rövid idő alatt elérhető a Prado múzeum, Botanikus kert vagy a Retiro park.

Aspectos negativos: Az apartmanba történő bejutás volt egy kicsit nehézkes, ugyanis az ingatlan A és B lépcsőházból állt, viszont ez nem derült ki számunkra rögtön, azonban a szállásadó azonnal segítségünkre sietett.
