Lovely little apartment in a calm location not far from public transport and shops.

Aspectos positivos: great location for where i was needing to be. lovely property, clean, small but met my needs. The management company were lovely, i was able to get in early once i'd completed the paperwork. checkout was simple.

Aspectos negativos: aircon could be stronger. bit of a pain to get the keys as you have to go to a central office to get them. confusing messaging at the property about extra towels and sheets costs (thought i had to pay for the basics but it turned out it was just if you request extras). I was initially a bit concerned about paying 'off Booking.com' but then it all worked out fine.

Overrall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others

Aspectos positivos: Very easy to get around to and from the workshop venue and other places within Madrid. Apartment was very clean and had what we needed. Also liked the privacy it provided, no disturbances through out the stay.

Aspectos negativos: The guest registration and key collection procedure should be explained in more detail before the guests arrive. I was lucky to have watsapp calls to get in touch with the office. The guys at the office were very helpful and patient.

Aspectos positivos: Piccolina ma confortevole con tutto il necessario per un weekend. Consigliato per una coppia o una piccola famiglia.

Aspectos negativos: Dalle foto sembra più grande: in 5 siamo stati un po’ stretti ma ci siamo adattati senza problemi. Ottimo come pied-à-terre per visitare la città.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. L’ascenseur (petit) est un plus quand on a des enfants et pour les bagages. La décoration est agréable et la literie est confortable (pas testé le canapé-lit). L’endroit est calme. Le personnel est aimable.

Aspectos negativos: Il manque une petite table basse et il n’y a que 2 sièges pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Aspectos negativos: la segunda recámara, muy pequeña e incómoda. La cama matrimonial en realidad era un sofá. Le falta mantenimiento.

Aspectos positivos: Très bonne emplacement, facilité pour se déplacer, proche de la plaza Mayor

Aspectos negativos: the hotel said this room can be for 6 people but I think 3-4 people that are more comfortable
