Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy grande, bonito y céntrico. Lo recomiendo!

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta, la casa estaba muy limpia y no le falta de nada. El dueño es muy agradable y te pone muchas facilidades.

Aspectos negativos: La única pega es el.ultimo tramo de acceso a la casa que es un piso a pie. Mejoraría tb la calidad de los colchones

Muy centrico y confortable

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está en puro centro de Madrid y gracias a eso te puedes mover muy bien a pie a infinidad de sitios. El piso está muy bien, eramos una familia con 8 personas y hemos estado muy cómodos. En cualquier momento o duda, puedes contactar con Diego, el anfitrión y te responde con celeridad. En resumen, nosotros cuando volvamos a Madrid nos volveremos a instalar en este piso.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion. La atencion de Diego. En todos los cuartos Aire acondicionado y calefaccion. La ducha excelente.

Aspectos positivos: The position was very central and near all the sights. The owner was very quick to answer enquiries, and very quick to return damage deposit after we left. The flat was quirky and very comfortable for our stay. It was good to have two keys because we were a larger group. Very useful to have the washing machine and the washing powder available for use. I have been travelling for awhile and needed to wash some things.

Aspectos negativos: Due to its very central position there is some noise up until about 12/1pm. After which it seemed to quieten down. Unavoidable side of being so central, but if you are especially sensitive to noise then you might want to stay further out from the centre. The flat (as the name suggests) is right in the eaves of the building, which makes it quirky and characterful in my opinion, but there are some unavoidable stairs for the final floor which bookers should be aware of. There is a lift that can take you most of the way up the building.

Aspectos positivos: great contact with the owner, spacious and comfortable apartment. Nothing was missing. Located in an ideal location for exploring the city. you will find everything you need in the area. The deposit is returned immediately after leaving the apartment. I recommend!
