Apartamento práctico y muy bien ubicado

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento era recogido pero muy funcional. La ubicación era perfecta. La cama de matrimonio era bastante cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: Aunque escribí a la anfitriona con antelación, ella me respondía con mensajes automáticos y le tenía que volver a repetir las horas de llegada y salida. Del apartamento mejoraría pocas cosas que se han deteriorado por el uso: La puerta del armario de la habitación principal, la cerradura de la puerta de entrada es muy simple (aunque tenía pestillo por dentro), el calentador de agua para 4 personas es muy justo,...

Aspectos positivos: Todas las comodidades para que te sientas como en casa. Muy centrico y bien comunicado

Piso con muy buena ubicación.

Aspectos positivos: Lo cerca que está del metro, la ubicación, que se puede ir caminando hasta la Gran vía rápidamente. La chica que lo gestiona es muy atenta.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was amazing, apartment looked same as on the pictures and location was perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Close to transport, great self contained apartment, lift

Aspectos negativos: An extra set of keys for the apartment would be useful. With friends going separate ways, it was tricky to coordinate the one set of keys.

Ideal Short Stay

Aspectos positivos: Clean and bright accommodation. Location excellent for restaurants and metro.

Aspectos negativos: I guess the only thing there was no view or out look on anything but we were out most of the time so not a huge issue.

Small apartment in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to almost everything

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in the Lavapiés neighborhood. It is a bustling, diverse, centrally located neighborhood. You can easily walk to Sol, Parque el Retiro, Jardines Reales, Atocha Station and many museums. There is plenty of restaurants of varied cuisine within a 10mkn walk. There’s also corner stores, supermarkets, and African, Indian clothing stores nearby. The property is a small apartment that has everything you need for your stay: elevator, AC (that you can regulate to your liking), big shower, dishwasher, washing machine. Easy process for checking in and out. Luis and Liliana were amazing at getting the property ready for our short-notice arrival (after another property became unavailable and cancelled on us at the very last minute). The apartment was clean and fresh with the AC in the middle of a heatwave. They were communicating often to ensure our stay was great.

FUGA A MADRID

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento pulito in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, Ma comunque vicino a locali e ristoranti. posizione comoda per i musei e comunque vicina a metropolitana e stazione atocha. Come da descrizione non è Grandissima ma noi siamo stati comodi. Ci sono due stanze, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con il letto a castello. Bagno pulito confortevole e doccia grande.

Idéalement situé, calme et confortable

Aspectos positivos: L’emplacement est idéal, pas loin du centre et très proche des musées ou du parque del retiro. L’appartement est confortable, propre, et très calme.

Aspectos negativos: Une confusion dans le numéro de la chambre, mais qui s’est vite résolu grâce a la disponibilité de l’hôte.
