Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, el sitio es muy cómodo, nadie te molesta para nada. Ideal para viajar en pareja.

Aspectos negativos: El aire acondicionado está un poco viejo y suena😁 pero no es gran cosa.

El corazón de Madrid

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, muy céntrico.. El silencio para dormir. La limpieza. La ducha.

Aspectos negativos: La calle. Las vistas (no tiene).

Genial pero no perfecto

Aspectos positivos: El loft en sí. Lo peor es eye el sofá cama tiene un sistema de apertura imposible y no fuimos capaces de abrirlo. Contactamos con el anfitrión y no nos dió respuesta de cómo hacer así que tuvimos que dormir 3 en la cama

Muy agradable

Aspectos positivos: Muy agradable y cómodo el lugar, nos agradó mucho estar muy cerca a todo. Nos quedamos satisfechos y volveremos a repetir

Aspectos positivos: Muy satisfecho la verdad que apartamento perfecto para quien quiera pasear en pleno Madrid cerca de todo (puerta del sol, retiro…) fácil de encontrar y todo bien explicado!

Aspectos positivos: Posizione super, comoda per muoversi a piedi nel centro oppure raggiungere i mezzi pubblici, vicino a ristoranti e negozi. Nello stesso tempo l'appartamento è molto silenzioso perchè è al secondo piano e si affaccia su un cortile interno. Monolocale ampio, ottimo per due persone; angolo cottura piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato con anche piccoli elettrodomestici e macchina nespresso (anche se mancavano tazzine adatte). Accesso self check-in con codice per l'appartamento e app per aprire il portone.

Aspectos negativos: La parte di comunicazione è migliorabile: abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni in anticipo da vari canali (2 whatsapp diversi, mail) ma quella più importante con le istruzioni per scaricare l'app di apertura del portone non è arrivata all'ora prevista e abbiamo dovuto attendere e sollecitare.

Nice studio apartment in a great location

Aspectos positivos: excellent location, nice bathroom, washing machine. good air conditioning.

Aspectos negativos: Not a two bedroom. it is a studio with a bed and then a chair that unfolds and maybe a kid would sleep on it. Thin pillows. The process to get in the building, and find the apartment needs to be better explained. The code to the front building door did not work and we had to use an app. then we had to look at every door to find a little sticker that had the number of the apartment on it, and this was not explained in any of the communications, a resident of the building we just happened to see in the hallway told us about this. resident apartments don't have any stickers so this was really confusing. After much searching, we found the apartment on the second floor, unnecessarily painful. On our return one night we found another couple checking in to a different apartment and were having the same problem, we helped them out.
