Aspectos positivos: Cómodo, buena ubicación, bastante mono y bien equipado.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta y para estar cerca de una zona de ambiente no se oía ruido por las noches.

Aspectos negativos: La ducha es un poco pequeña.

Aspectos negativos: Si mides más de 180cm, en el baño y habitación estarás todo el tiempo con el cuello doblado para no darte un golpe. La ducha es bastante pequeña, es imposible moverte sin darle al grifo con el brazo. Además, si tienes un panza puede que entres justo por la mampara de la ducha

Great location, small but well equipped

Aspectos positivos: It was a very professionally ran apartment, very organized and prepared, almost hotel like. The check-in is a count down on their website after completing the form, in which after calling, they were nice enough to activate the keycode an hour earlier as we arrived early. It was almost too professional that we were hoping for a bit of personal touch as well. The apartment had everything one would need for a short-stay, from extra blankets to wine opener. We were given a pack of basic amenities, including a dish sponge and some dish soap and laundry soap. The apartment was a bit small for 3 people but we had a lovely time and didn't find it to be a bother.

Aspectos negativos: We stayed 5 days and were given a small pack of basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper. The dish soap and laundry soap provided was not enough for 3 people during a 5 night stay which was strange as it limited the cleaning we were able to do ourselves. They dropped off extra toilet paper once we contacted them, but I almost had to first convince them that we needed more as we were staying 5 nights, which was a bit frustrating.

Aspectos positivos: Het zit op een fijne locatie en je hebt alles in het huis wat je nodig hebt. Je kan er koken en er is een magnetron wat fijn is. Het is niet gehorig ongeacht de plek waar je zit en de medewerkers reageren snel als je wat nodig hebt van ze.

Aspectos negativos: De douche is heel krap en heel klein en de boiler kan het niet aan om je twee x achter elkaar te laten douchen. Je kan max 5 min douchen als je wilt dat de ander ook nog kan. Verder liet de wc hendel los en is het bed echt heel laag dat je moet oppassen dat je je hoofd niet tegen een pilaar aan stoot.

Affordable and comfortable rental

Aspectos positivos: This attic apartment was located 80 stairs up. I don’t mind the exercise! It was between two bookstores on the ground floor and was centrally located to shopping and dining. It was so clean and comfortable once in apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Quick response helped but still got a bit of anxiety with the door link associated with smart phone. I’m not tech savvy but once adjusted we didn’t need to worry about physical keys which was a relief. Instructions on how to run washer would have been helpful since most aren’t familiar with it.

La ubicación es lo mejor.

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó mucho la ubicación. A muy pocos metros de la estación de metro Tribunal, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro, con supermercado, tiendas y bares a la vuelta de la esquina.

Aspectos negativos: No me gustaron las siguientes cosas: - No funcionaba el lavarropas, y al dar aviso al administrador se lamentó por el hecho pero en ningún momento ofreció una solución o un descuento en el alojamiento por el contratiempo. -El proceso de check in es sumamente engorroso. Como sugerencia, sería bueno que en el departamento haya algunas botellas de agua o café de cortesía.

Ha már sikerült felmásznod az egésznapi séta után a tetőtérbe, akkor minden oké!

Aspectos positivos: Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, közel a Metro, de a Grand Via is kb 10 -15 perces sétával elérhető. A Metro-hálózat fantasztikus és nagyon jól lehet tájékozódni az utazási irányokról, állomásokról. A spanyolok kedvesek és segítőkészek. hatalmas város, rengeteg ember hömpölyög az utcán és mégis tisztaság van!
