Ubicacion y apartamento perfecto

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion a todo el centro de Madrid, no tuvimos que coger ningun metro para movernos por el centro y si quieres moverte, a escasos metros tienes una parada de Metro y bus. El contacto con la anfitriona te ayuda en todo y es muy fluido, sin duda repetiria.

Piso bien situado

Aspectos positivos: El piso está muy bien situado, al lado del mercado de la cebada. En general el piso es cómodo, tiene buen tamaño, y está muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Hay que pagar una fianza de 150€ en la web del alojamiento, pero te lo devuelven al salir.

Aspectos negativos: La cama no era muy cómoda, se hundía en medio. En el salón, unas cortinas irían bien para no tener que estar completamente a oscuras por la noche si no quieres que te vean los vecinos de enfrente. Hay que mandar una foto de tu DNI o pasaporte por internet antes de entrar. Hubiera preferido no mandar información tan importante a través de internet.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de todo! Metros, colectivos e incluso para pasear caminando. El método para ingresar, con llamada mediante celular. El mobiliario y decorado es precioso, bien conservado de la época. La vista desde el balcón es muy linda también.

Aspectos negativos: Solo una llave para acceder a todo (la que conecta la luz en sí). El resto de los juegos de llave solo servían para el ingreso al edificio, no para el apartamento. Para descansar se complica mucho debido a tanto bullicio externo. El edificio no tiene ascensor (apartamento se encuentra en el segundo piso) y esto dificulta un poco a las personas grandes.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is clean, comfortable and bright and had everything we needed. The location is great, close to buses and metro, markets and supermarkets and to many nice bars and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: It can be noisy at night, as it’s in a lively neighbourhood, but we stayed during the weekend and weren’t bothered by it much.

Excellent accommodation in excellent location for a short break in an excellent city

Aspectos positivos: Good size for 2. Comfortable. Good cooking facilities with plenty of supermarkets very close. Excellent location for walking. Next door to Rastro. Good restaurants/bars close by. Owner’s instructions and support excellent.

Aspectos positivos: It was a good sized place for 2 in a great location! Very clean and well kept.

Aspectos negativos: We did have a couple issues with the keys. They were a little fiddly and required some patience to get used to. We had a little trouble getting in on the first day but the staff were a great help. Apart from that there are no other complaints.

Taking into account location and price this place is easily one of the best that I stayed in.

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect - close to the metro and main Madrid attractions are easily reached by foot. There some nice places to eat and/or drink near this place. There are some things that you need to adjust (taking out the garbage etc.) but those are mentioned in the description.

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment, cozy and clean, equipped kitchen, on great location, close to the city center and ideal for walking around the older areas of the city. Close to La Latina metro and bus station. Lots of markets and restaurants near by. On sunday morning, famous El Rastro flea market is right around the corner. Ana is a great host. Recomended
