Aspectos positivos: El apto estaba muy bien, 3 cuartos y camas suficientes.ñ, con lavavajillas y Lavarropa

Aspectos negativos: El lavabo del baño era muy chico, y le falta algún utensilio de cocina, como espátula para hacer huevos revueltos/fritos

Aspectos positivos: Es muy lindo se nota que estaban en remodelación y me gusto que para entrer no habia necesidad de llaves asi todos tenian la clave para entrar.

Aspectos negativos: El piso tenia mucho polvo, se necesita una alfombra en la entrada. Las cerraduras de los baños tienen problemas, una puerta no tiene cerradura y la otra a veces habia q llamar a alguien para q la abriera de afuera.

Aspectos positivos: Aire acondicionado en casa estancia, comodidad, todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico y congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, plancha..etc). Todo limpísimo. Colchones súper cómodos

Aspectos negativos: Poco tiempo que tuvimos para disfrutarlo

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, muy céntrico, con consigna de maletas cerca. Muy limpio,nuevo, acogedor y bien decorado. En una calle tranquila,pero al lado de plaza y cafeterías.

Aspectos negativos: El código que me enviaron para abrir no funciono, pero llamamos y nos lo solucionaron enseguida

Bonito apartamento en Malasaña

Aspectos positivos: Bonito apartamento en Malasaña ,muy buena ubicación ,nos movimos andando desde el apartamento hasta el centro de Madrid ,camas muy cómodas ,y el apartamento muy limpio

Perfect for exploring city center!

Aspectos positivos: It is so centric. Very close to Gran Via. Perfect for exploring the city. Also there are plenty of restaurants and bars around.

Aspectos positivos: very nice place, very modern and has all the comfort you need to stay with family. The staff was also really nice.

Aspectos negativos: ATTENTION - If you are going to Madri by car, you should know that the area is a baja emissions zone, which means that you will need a license to enter the city. As I didn’t know this information previously, I had to leave the car way far, and get a bus to go to the place. It’s ok but if you are with kids plus luggage can be a bit hard to do so.

Great stay in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: The location was fantastic, it's mere minutes from the city centre and all transport links. The flat was warm and it looked like it was recently updated. Had all basic amenities (apart from some soap in the bathroom) and was overall comfortable to stay in.

Aspectos negativos: The flat is right on street level so it feels a little strange to go in right from the street. It's also a fairly busy area so it's a little noisy but nothing that fatal. The only other thing that was a little worrying is that the flat is only opened by access code and there is no lock on the inside. We felt safe leaving our things in there while we explored but it's still a little jarring. Overall, we're very happy with the value for money and the flat was great to stay in. Great location in Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is new, comfortable, and well sized, perfect for a family or group. There are no stairs. You walk directly into street level entrance, which is perfect.

Aspectos negativos: Communication with the management is difficult and slow to respond. It is noisy as you can hear the neighbours in the apartment complex .

Aspectos positivos: La posizione era ottima ed era molto comodo il fatto di non avere chiavi ma un codice.

Aspectos negativos: la pulizia all'interno dell'appartamento non era il massimo. Abbiamo trovato moltissima polvere sulle maniglie (alcune erano addirittura rotte e si staccavano), sul WC e all'interno della doccia (anche sui miscelatori). Abbiamo chiesto più e più volte che fosse cambiato un lenzuolo macchiato sia per whatsapp che per telefono e non solo sono mai venuti.
