Cómoda, espacioso, buena ubicación y muy buenos anfitriones
Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, excelente comunicación con anfitriones, muy amables con las solicitudes que hicimos, Para que nos cuidaran las maletas fuera de horario. Como pocos departamentos, ya incluía elementos de limpieza para loza y ropa. Aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto dadas las altas temperaturas de la Ciudad.
Aspectos negativos: Si bien edificio cuenta con ascensor, el departamento está en entre piso. Por lo que hay que cargar maletas por escalera y es dificultoso para gente mayor o con problemas en los brazos

Amplio departamento para 4 personas, muy cómodo, confortable a una calle de la Gran Vía. Excelente!
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy comodo, amplio, con muchas detalles. Nos recibieron con una botella de vino. Se aprecia mucho. Los baños limpios y con todo lo necesario. Esta a una calle de la Gran Vía, corte inglés, 20 minutos caminando al museo del Prado y en general a cualquier lugar turistico. El edificio muy cuidado e historico. Dos TVs smart, dos recamarás y un baño 1/2. Muchos cafés, restaurantes y compras a unos pasos. Gracias por recibirnos.
Aspectos negativos: Temas menores, la luz de sensor de presencia tardaba en encender para caminar al elevador. Hay reseñas del ruido, que es más bien de los turistas en la calle, pero bastante soportable. Tuvimos una gran estancia.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, comodidad, amplitud. Era como estar en casa !
Aspectos negativos: Algunas cositas yo, personalmente, las limpiaria mejor... como consejo.. radiadores... ventanas (rieles), los sumideros de lavavos y ducha. También he de decir que soy bastante exigente con eso.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location for sure. Right around the corner from Gran Via. Building is very safe and apartment has all the facilities you might need. Communication witht he host was excellent. They even kept our luggages till it was time for us to leave for the airport.

Staying at this beautifully renovated apartment was an absolute delight
Aspectos positivos: Staying at this beautifully renovated apartment was an absolute delight. The stylish and colourful decor immediately made me feel at home. The location is unbeatable, with Gran Via just a short walk away, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring I had all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: Very big apartments in the authentic building from the beginning of the 20th century, 2 bedrooms, a big living room, comfortable beds and pillows, closets, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, big refrigerator; 2 toilets, WiFi. The host was very responsive and helpful, immediately answered all our questions. But the most great was the location - 20 m from Gran Via, in the middle of all restaurants and big shops, but in the parallel small street. Several groceries just in front of the building entry, 24h supermarket in 3 minutes walk, 2 metro stations in 5 minutes walk.

Bright and welcoming apartment in the heart of Madrid
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious, well maintained and well furnished, with all the comforts of a home. The building itself is a gorgeous historical building with original fixtures, located a few steps from the Gran Vía – although at the heart of a bustling neighborhood, once the windows are closed the apartment is nice and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two (!) bathrooms are clean, with a large walk-in shower. The rooms themselves are simply furnished, with comfortable beds (the double much more so than the singles) - nice linens are provided, including towels. The host is wonderful and so is the staff – they recommended a lovely breakfast/brunch spot which we ended up loving.
