Aspectos positivos: Todo, por dentro todo muy acogedor y con todas las prestaciones… Todas!

Aspectos negativos: Que estaba en una cuarta planta sin ascensor… por lo demás todo genial.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy confortable.

Aspectos negativos: La nevera que era de tamaño diminuto. El apartamento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor.

Aspectos positivos: So clean apartment, you will have all u need, nice location, many restaurants, shops, close to public transport. Pretty recommended

Handy for a few nights stay

Aspectos positivos: Reasonably well equipped self catering apartment in an area with plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bed was quite comfy, and the shower was great. With the metro only a 5 min walk away, access to the centre was easy. The area was very quiet at night time, and the shutters kept it nice and dark.

Aspectos negativos: Although it states there are tea and coffee making facilities, there was just a kettle, but no mugs, tea bags, coffee, sugar or milk. But there is a supermarket just a couple of mins away. As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. The pictures do make the room seem bigger than it is, but that wasn't a big issue for us for just a few days.

Incredibly equipped, V alue for Money, 4th floor no lift- accessibility issues

Aspectos positivos: • Incredibly well equipped! The room design is very ergonomic & all fittings were top notch including bathroom. •The price point was very value for money. Didn't expect to get even an induction cooker along with the plates & utensils. • Close to Usera metro station and numerous budget food options, especially Pan Asian •Owner is professional, cooperative & well reachable although not very warm.

Aspectos negativos: • Size of room was tiny ,much smaller than expected perfectly suited for a solo traveller but with mother it was a bit small. • The Main issue is accessibility- It is on the 4th floor with no lift. It's very difficult to carry the luggage up and down although owner was kind enough to have a colleague assist us on check in, but for check out had to do self. If with mobility issues/ heavy luggage should avoid. •The Entry system has three parts- a main gate with key of the building, two numbered digital locks on the appartment door. While digital locks were very efficient, the main gate lock was a bit tricky needing a bit of manoeuvering.every time. In short a minor inconvenience. • The appartment has a park in front which is under renovation so appearances are very rundown from outside although it doesn't affect any of the living inside.

Aspectos positivos: The flat is modern,clean and offers a small kitchen with pots, plates, oven and a mini fridge. The bed is confortable and there is air conditiong,which was good, as the flat is tiny and not airy.The toilet has a great shower with soap and hot water. In general,good value for what you pay.

Aspectos negativos: It seems bigger on The pictures shown at booking.com but this is quite small. The room is on The 4th floor and The building has no lift,so, get prepared in order to not lose The breath. It is on Usera,the chinese portion of Madrid,with a lot of restaurant and bars option but this is not so close to city centre.

Aspectos negativos: Blinds/ curtains were a bit transparents in the bedroom so there were day and night light

Aspectos negativos: Keine zentrale Lage,aber Anbindung an das Zentrum mit Metro funktioniert gut.
