Excelente estadía en el centro de Madrid!
Aspectos positivos: Muy limpio, cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestro grupo. Muy céntrico, cerca de las atracciones principales.
Aspectos negativos: Quizá almohadas más cómodas, pero por lo demás, estuvo genial.

Perfect apartment for a group of friends in a very central location
Aspectos positivos: Great apartment with 3 bathrooms. Beautiful terrace. Perfect location. Super nice host (really easy to communicate with and very kind to customers. We enjoyed a bottle of prosecco and basic items like water, coffe and shower gel).
Aspectos negativos: The main entrance on the street is a bit shabby but nothing to worry about. The area is safe and the apartment is beautiful. Medium towels were missing (but we did not ask for them)

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect. A bottle of champagne was waiting for us. Also 6 capsules of coffee which was perfect for the first morning. The owner was always responsive and answered wherever we needed
Aspectos negativos: For a group of friends there is not enough water to take showers.

Loved out stay at this property. Our host Fernanda was attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable.
Aspectos positivos: Location, space quiet. Well furnished and very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen.
Aspectos negativos: Fault with an air conditioner lead to some minor flooding. Just a small maintenance issue.

Perfect for a girls weekend in Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: Beautiful, spacious apartment. Absolutely perfect for our group of 6 girls, especially with 3 full bathrooms. The terrace is a huge bonus, perfect for getting ready and is a real sun trap in the mornings. Great location and really secure.
Aspectos negativos: Upon first entering the building it seems a bit shady. The entrance is a big metal gate and is shared with some small shops, and the lifts are a bit small and scary but it was easy enough for us to use the stairs (it’s on the 5th floor so might not be appropriate for those with accessibility issues). That said, as soon as you enter the apartment any worries are dispelled, and actually the building is very secure. The beds were not the comfiest but good enough for a long weekend.

Aspectos positivos: Central… a little tricky to get our luggage in the property if traveling by car. But once you are there you will be fine

Aspectos positivos: I can say with great honesty, this apartment is fantastic and deserves the rating I gave it. The host was terrific. Really easy to communicate with and really posts attention to detail for customers. We received a bottle of bubbly when we arrived and some basic items such as milk and shower gel. The apartment is in a terrific location, it's decorated to a very high standard. A lovely terrace, very bright kitchen/lounge and lovely bedrooms two of which are ensuite. The location was great for us, plenty of shops and bars around.
Aspectos negativos: The access is a little daunting at first. It's mainly done with either an app to unlock the door or a key code. But it actually worked really well for the 5 of us. It did not put me off and I'd absolutely go back to stay here!!

The apartment was in a really good central location. It was clean, quiet and lovely.
Aspectos positivos: It was a little confusing. Could have done with better instructions.
Aspectos negativos: When we came out of the lift there was no ceiling outside the apartment and then roof was being held up by metal poles. It would have been nice to have been warned about this.

Fantastic place!
Aspectos positivos: We had a great time! It is a very nice appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, new and modern. The location is great, in the middle of Madrid!
Aspectos negativos: It was great and would really recommend staying here. The only thing i would recommend is to buy larger beds, the beds are all 140 wide.
