Aspectos positivos: La cercanía a la plaza Mayor y su ubicación cerca de comercios y restaurantes.

Aspectos negativos: La escalera de la planta baja sin barandilla. Y los escalones anteriores al ascensor.

Volvería sin dudarlo!

Aspectos positivos: Excelente apartamento con muchos detalles de diseño. La ubicación es inmejorable. Las camas comodisimas. Muy iluminado y un balcón para disfrutar.

Aspectos negativos: Tiene algún que otro detalle estético por decir algo negativo nomás.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento me encanto… la terraza es espectacular y la distribución del piso también… muy buen diseño y decoración y además está en el centro desde donde puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio.

Aspectos negativos: Se nota que tiene algún desgaste de su uso pero nada importante

Aspectos positivos: Great location, very spacious, the patio is awesome.

Aspectos negativos: A bit of painting required on the walls, especially downstairs. Also, the table and chairs on the patio have no cushins. This could be fixed with minimal investment. The umbrellas are not functional, so you are exposed to a bit too much sun until it sets. The cleaness on the patio, especially between the tiles on the roof should be done properly. We found a lot of cigaretts and plastic cups thrown there.

There is an electric stove, a microwave oven, dishes, a coffee maker. But there is no regular kettle.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in the very center of Madrid! All the sights are within walking distance. Check-in was easy. Yes, the apartment needs minor repairs, but these are minor details. We liked everything very much!

Great Location

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable beds. No issues with the lift or hot water like other reviews. Also the outdoor furniture has been fixed/replaced. Some of the skirting boards/walls could do with a fresh lick of paint but not too bad. The only issue was the downstairs lounge area has some damp and smells stale as a result. There was a lot of rain the last few weeks so that may be the cause. Overall great stay and definitely recommend

Extremely helpful and caring host

Aspectos positivos: The location was great and made the rest of madrid very accessible. I also want to point out that I booked on the day of and the host was very accommodating and helpful despite that, which I really appreciated!

Aspectos negativos: My only qualm was that there was no vacuum, which at some point in our stay we really needed.

Needs bit more polish across the board.

Aspectos positivos: Great central location with lovely roof terrace. Very clean and have what you needed for a weekend trip.

Aspectos negativos: The lift did not work on several occasions while we visited. This was responded to by the agent, however both evenings we returned to the lift not working and having to climb 10 flights to the top. There are places where the apartment has been worn well and need an update.

All in all I loved the place and will be using it again on my next trip.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was as it should be, the key was easily accessible and the apartment was great. The location was right in the heart of downtown Madrid next to Plaza Mayor. The rooftop terrace was also excellent

Aspectos negativos: Air condition in the upstairs area didn’t work but was excellent in the downstairs area. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little worn but still very nice.
