Apartamentos Gran Via

Aspectos positivos: Todo bien, cambiaron el sofá cama (con una pata rota) por uno nuevo durante nuestra estancia, lo malo es que nos avisaron unos 40 minutos antes y tuvimos que quedarnos a esperar a que llegaran, hicieran el cambio y se fueran. Llegamos justos a nuestra reservas del tour planificado

Vacaciones!

Aspectos positivos: Está muy bien en general. Muy bien equipado. Zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. A destacar la atención de Alberto el anfitrión.

Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo el baño podría ser más grande , sobretodo la entrada de la ducha . Pero el resto muy bien. Volveremos.

Apartamento muy bonito y bien situado

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien situado y su espacio está muy bien aprovechado, apartamento muy bonito y tranquilo. Si vuelvo a Madrid repetiría.

Aspectos negativos: Las paredes del dormitorio necesitan una mano de pintura y debería haber servilletas o rollo de cocina ya que te tienes que apañarte con el papel higiénico para todo.

Aspectos positivos: Piso limpio, cómodo, aire acondicionado excelente y ubicación perfecta

Aspectos positivos: Espectacular, todo excelente. El chico que nos entrego la llave muy simpático y divertido.

Aspectos negativos: Todo fue genial

Lo volvería a elegir por su localización

Aspectos positivos: Su localización y comunicación con el propietario.

Aspectos negativos: Se escuchaba mucho ruido de los apartamentos vecinos a altas horas de la madrugada. Las paredes están muy manchadas y la limpieza era muy superficial. Los útiles de limpieza como escoba y fregona estaban muy sucios.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicacion , cerca de todo,zona muy tranquila ,.anfitrion genial , con muy buena atencion y comunicacion

Aspectos positivos: Todo estaba espectacular, zona muy tranquila nos gusto mucho, aconsejable.

Cozy at an awesome location

Aspectos positivos: The host was great, we arrived late and had a late check-in but there was no problem with it, and we were in communication. The location of the apartment is great, in a quite street and near to the main street, with a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had everything we could need in the apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Cozy, little place, in a quiet neighborhood, many good, little restaurants close by, walking distance from tourists attractions. It was nice to have ac with heating option as we came on a cold couple of days. We found everything we needed, and the host was very friendly, communication before coming was great and we got some helpful tips.

Aspectos negativos: The sheets have seen better days and the window in the bedroom faced a rather sad view, so we ended up having it coverwd the whole time, therefore not having any daylight in the bedroom, but it wasn't a huge deal. The trash in the bins shouldn't have to be taken out by the guests themselves, but again those where minor details if bigger picture is concerned.
