Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento más que satisfacción todas las expectativas, idéntico a las fotos y contaba con todas las comodidades, muy recomendable para viaje familia. Además, el host nos brindo la información digital de acceso con unos días de antelación.

Unos dias en Madrid

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy lindo y confortable. Esta ideal para unos dias. Tiene buen acceso para cualquier parte de Madrid

Aspectos negativos: Solo dedicar mas atencion a la vajilla y a la limpieza y el orden de esa vajilla. Es ruidoso porque la zona donde esta ubicado tiene mucha gente callejeando todo el dia y noche.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento estaba muy bien cuidado, era muy cómodo y tenia todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron 1 bote de champu y otro de gel por persona. Las llaves electrónicas son muy cómodas y el dueño nos dejó entrar antes al alojamiento.

Aspectos negativos: La ubicación era buena, aunque de vez en cuando alrededor hay gente con malas pintas.

Good for a group trip!

Aspectos positivos: Very nicely decorated, kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and had everything I needed. There was AC in the living room/ kitchen which was good.

Aspectos negativos: There is no AC in the bedroom and the one with 2 beds would be hot at night (there was a small fan provided). Other reviews also mention that the area is not the best. It is very centrally located but there are some strange people at night. During the day it is perfectly fine but at night there can be lots of random men loitering or “crackheads”. Honestly they did not bother us and it was not loud outside at night but we were 3 muscular men and 1 girl so it is safer for us. Also we live in Toronto so people acting like that on the streets is normal for us.

Aspectos positivos: Location, comfort of the apartment, very clean. Really nicely decorated.

Aspectos negativos: Needs more cutlery, there wasn't enough for the four of us. There's damp in the wall between the bathroom and hall that needs looking at. There was loads of bedding in the wardrobes, but only one pillow each. We asked for more pillow cases so we could have additional pillows but no one replied.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is as described, clean n spacious for 4 pax. Everything we needed was available, neat and tidy. The staff was prompt in replying to whatever questions I had. Location is good for us..

Aspectos negativos: A few hooks to hang our clothes will be good... 😅.. but I'm not sure if not having hooks on walls/doors is typical of European houses.

Lovely 2 nights in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: The key is sent via what's app and is an electronic system which works very well. You cannot get in though until 3pm when the key is activated. There were plenty of towels and soap provided and the apartment is clean. There is a supermarket directly opposite which is really helpful. 10 mins walk to the Plaza Mayor and about 15 - 20 minutes to the main art galleries. inside felt safe and comfortable, although it looked a bit strange when we arrived because there were lots of people drinking on the benches outside. They were no problem and the apartment is quiet when you get inside. No kettle, but you can boil water on the induction hob or the microwave and there is a washing machine and dishwasher if you need them.

Aspectos negativos: Would have been helpful to have had a bit more flexibility on arrival - we had to wait until exactly 3pm for the electronic key to work. Waiting outside was not particularly nice because there were quite a few people drinking on the steps and we didnt know the area. The shower needs a bit of attention, but otherwise, the apartment was a good choice for the two of us and easily walkable to many of the places we wanted to see, and also to the metro stations.
