Nice apartment in Prosperidad - D1

Aspectos positivos: The location was fine. It is close to markets and transportation. Just a few steps away was a Kalma Massage place that my wife enjoyed; she said the ladies there were very professional--it completed her trip. We were not driving, so parking was not an issue. Madrid is a big city, so it does take some transportation (bus, metro, rideshare, or taxi) to get to some of the more touristy areas. The apartment's air conditioning works fine, as does the fan in the bedroom, the refrigerator, the microwave, and the clothes washer. The shower and sink set up were good. The apt was clean. Francisco (the remote host) is a thorough and responsive, helpful communicator. The TV worked fine. Allot yourself some time at the start of your stay to understand how the front door lock works and also how to work the tv and air conditioning.

Aspectos negativos: Only very minor things--some paper towels would have helped. The password is long. Frankly, we enjoyed our stay very much.
