Great place to stay at in la Latina

Aspectos positivos: The apartment itself is great, exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and in a good state. The location is excellent and the building itself has been recently renovated. The person who handed the keys and explained about the apartment was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. There were also plenty of nice and soft towels.

Aspectos negativos: I find it odd that the check-in times were so limited (if one doesn´t want to pay extra, I recommend verifying this information on the website first).

Aspectos positivos: It's situated in walking distance from the city center, 3 minutes walk to the metro, all you need It's around: grocery stores, drinks, bar, restaurants etc. All the appliances and the furniture are like new. Calm apparemment, you don't hear the noise from the street.

Aspectos negativos: The fact that you have to sign a renting contract and the fact that the deposit is exagerated, never in my previous experiences with booking did i had to block 500 euros on my credit card. Nevertheless it all ended well, we managed to get the total deposit back. A lesson learnd, read all the terms and conditions, even kn the last page

Aspectos positivos: The unit and the location were spectacular. The unit was perfect for our family and the location could not have been better.

Aspectos negativos: Very little counter space and could have had bigger coffee cups.
