Aspectos positivos: El salón estaba muy bien, y el sofá es muy cómodo. Buenas distribución del apartamento.
Aspectos negativos: Lo peor lo estrecho que es el espacio en la cocina. Pero es muy entendible teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones del apartamento y se puede cocinar bien, así que no hay queja alguna.

Fun holiday exploring Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: It was very quiet and safe. Super clean and comfortable. It was only minutes from the subway station and many shops.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Fantastic modern apartment in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: - location - super close to the metro station (Legazpi), and also within a walkable distance from Atocha and Prado - quiet and safe area - cosy, modern and clean apartment - which was super important to us - nice kitchen with everything you may need to prepare meals (we had breakfasts at home and had no problem preparing them). - spacious apartment - 2 separate bedrooms which was fantastic. If you're travelling with a group of friends/family, this place is great. You'll have 2 bedrooms for 2 people in each + a sofa in the living room so I think it's safe to say it could accommodate up to 6 people - right across the street from Matadero and the river - the owners (Minty Stay) have been great at keeping in touch and answering my questions in a super timely manner
Aspectos negativos: It is a great place to stay in Madrid - 100% recommended. The only thing to improve I can think of is to add some shelves/towel hangers in the bathroom

Very convenient apartment for two couples and access to the metro.
Aspectos positivos: It was a clean and modern apartment. Perfect for two couples. Good value for money with the metro station only a couple of steps away.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing that I can really complain about.

Reasonable apartment super close to metro.
Aspectos positivos: Easy access to Legazpi metro. Well priced for a basic apartment.
Aspectos negativos: Minimal natural light and hard to get temperature right in winter. Not great air flow. Kitchen moderately equipped.

Aspectos positivos: Прекрасное расположение, пять минут до метро и автобусных остановок в любой район Мадрида. Отличное качество постелей, великолепная кухня с хорошей посудой. Очень тихо, окна спален выходят в тихий закрытый двор. Рядом арт пространство Матадерос где можно погулять и большой торговый центр с большим супермаркетом. Для семейного путешествия в Мадрид оптимальный вариант.
Aspectos negativos: Единственное замечание к ванной комнате: 1) категорически не хватало крючков для полотенец и одежды потому что их просто нет. Ну они же стоят копейки! Совсем некуда ни повесить полотенца ни одежду. И нет мыльницы и стакана под зубные щётки. Мелочи, но они влияют на общее впечатление.

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très bien aménagé et ultra propre à deux pas du métro, et à 20 minutes à pied des grands musées. Le quartier est très calme.

Tolles zentrales Apartment in einer tollen Stadt
Aspectos positivos: Wir fanden ein schickes und sauberes Apartment, getoppt mit ein paar netten Goodies wie eine Flasche Lambrusco, Nüsse, Äpfel. Sehr aufmerksam! Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber der mittelalterlichen Stadtmauer und einen Katzensprung vom Stadtkern entfernt. Der Zugang zum Apartment war sehr einfach, wir erhielten per What's App genaue Anweisungen durch den Gastgeber.
Aspectos negativos: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war in Ordnung.

Aspectos positivos: Dicht bij metrostation, rustige buurt, modern ingericht
Aspectos negativos: Er was geen ontvangst, we hadden de aankomsttijd wel doorgegeven, maar kennelijk toch misverstand? De sleutel werd door koerier gebracht, duurde even voordat we wisten welk appartement we moesten hebben. Communicatie verliep niet heel vlot, maar uiteibdelijk toch gelukt!
