Big family break

Aspectos positivos: Staff were super helpful on messaging before the trip and also when we needed to drop our bags off on arrival, very responsive. Very clean, lovely decor, nice lay out for our big family group. Good location, easy to gain access to with the hosts link.beds comfy. 5 min walk from Gran via. Had all we needed for a short stay.

Aspectos negativos: All rooms need more pillows. The lounge needs more chairs as we had 9 guests. Maybe the dining table could be smaller style to allow for this? We had to use baggage locker whu Ich added €50 to our trip and was 10 min walk so if there was a way to store baggage there on departure day that would be great

Lovely stay, great location, amazing water.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, interesting key mechanism. Room layout works well, great water pressure, delicious tap water. Air conditioning is definitely advantageous in hot summer days.

Aspectos positivos: דירה מקסימה במיקום מעולה! דירה מרווחת מלאת אור עם ארבעה חדרים נעימים, לשניים מהם מרפסת עמידה אירופאית. חדרי השינה, הסלון ופינת האוכל נמצאים באזור אחד של הדירה ו2 חדרי השירותים והמקלחות, וגם המטבח ממוקמים בקצה מסדרון ארוך יחסית. בהתחלה נראה לנו משונה, אבל בהמשך גילינו שיש בכך נוחות גדולה.. הדירה מאובזרת היטב, הכל חדש, נקי ונעים. מים חמים בשפע לאורך כל היום ומיזוג אויר מעולה ממש! יש לקחת בחשבון שהדירה בקומה שניה ללא מעלית, עם מדרגות עץ אותנטיות, יפות אבל שחוקות, והבניין ממוקם במעלה הרחוב, כך שפחות יתאים למתקשים בהליכה. המיקום של ההדירה בשכונה נהדר, במרחק הליכה קצר יש מאפייה נהדרת, סופרים טובים, ברים מסעדות וכל מה שיש לשכונת מלאסנה הקסומה להציע. מעבר לזה, הכל במדריד במרחק הליכה מהדירה, לא נזקקנו כלל לתחבורה ציבורית . לואיס היה מארח קשוב ואיכפתי והגיב באופן מהיר יעיל ואדיב לפניותינו.

Aspectos negativos: העדר מעלית לא הפריע לנו, אבל צריך לקחת בחשבון למי שזה קושי עבורו. צריך לגלות זהירות עם המדרגות השחוקות בבניין

Spacious, clean, and neat!

Aspectos positivos: Very spacious, elegant, and clean, with quite comfortable bedding. The bathrooms were spotless and well organized, and the showers had a great amount of hot water and good pressure.

Aspectos negativos: The building is extremely old. The stairs to the apartment were creaking and uneven, which was a tripping hazard especially with large suitcases. Okay for a group of young people, but may be a problem for the elderly.
