Aspectos positivos: Tiene una ubicación excelente, está bonito y bien cuidado.

Aspectos negativos: Estaría bien que para estancias de dos semanas, incluyera una limpieza y cambio de blancos.

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect for visiting museums, parks and restaurants and bars. The Minty team were very helpful in preparing us for the visit and were flexible about check-in. Excellent customer service

Aspectos negativos: the second bedroom was in the basement and was stuffy and the fan was very noisy. Because the apartment is on the ground floor it can feel a bit exposed and it doesn’t feel safe to open windows.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was well positioned for visiting all the major museums and historical buildings. It was was spacious, comfortably furnished and immaculately clean. There were numerous restaurants/tapas bars within walking distance.

Aspectos negativos: It could be a little noisy at night.

Aspectos positivos: Great spot, excellent location. Full five stars would require to have kitchen basics - sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and more than one tab for dishwasher!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, clean and facilitated with everything that needs for stays five nights. Very easy to check in and easy to get to many places of your interests like monuments, plazas, museums, parks.

Aspectos positivos: La pulizia dell'appartamento era molto buona, una ristrutturazione molto recente quindi tutto molto nuovo. Ampi spazi comuni e camere grandi. Posizione comoda alla metro e stazione Atocha, luoghi turistici e servizi in generale. Riservatezza e self check in comodo. Servizio clientela con chat comoda.

Aspectos negativos: L'aria condizionata è assente nella camera a livello - 1 e deve essere segnalato al cliente. Non viene offerto un servizio di tenuta dei bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check out ma vicino c'é un posto dove lasciarli. Stoviglie essenziali e alcune non pulite, mancavano le tazzine da caffè e la macchinetta non funziona. Ventola del bagno a livello 0 rumorosa e agli ospiti si potrebbe far trovare una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia. Sono soddisfatto comunque del mio soggiorno e lo consiglierei.
