Otima localização, apartamento bem organizado, mas os vizinhos do próprio prédio sao barulhentos.

Aspectos positivos: A localização é perfeita , o bairro em si tem muitas opcoes gastronômicas, culturais e e próximo de todas as atrações turisticas da cidade como museus, parques etc. O apartamento e confortavel e todos os equipamentos estavam funcionando. há dois mercados muito próximos. A Anfitriã, Maria, foi muito atenciosa e estava nos esperando no horário combinado para nos entregar as chaves e nos fornecer as informações necessárias.

Aspectos negativos: As roupas de cama e de banho poderiam ser de melhor qualidade . Os vizinhos do prédio faziam muito barulho a qualquerr hora do dia. Reclamamos com a administração do imóvel, mas o barulho dos vizinhos persistiu a maior parte do tempo em que ficamos. Esse fato pode prejudicar as suas horas de sono e de descanso.

Aspectos negativos: Neighbors and street loud on the weekend.

Aspectos positivos: The location of building was so close to city centre and all the stores . The pace was cleaned and all the towel, pillow, linings are clean

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom in master bedroom and toilet does not have ventilation The elevator was blocked and we were lucky could open the door and for morning it was blocked and didn’t work, elevator is old and kind of unsafe

Aspectos positivos: Location! It's walking distance from main attractions: Gran Via, Chueca, Puerta del Sol, Calle Arenal, Museo del Padro, etc...

Aspectos negativos: The building entrance needs urgently to be remodeled. Some minors details in the apartment like facilities or a table for putting suitcases.

Aspectos negativos: il manque un peu d'équipement : pas de saladier, pas de passoire, nombre de pastille pour lave vaisselle très limité (une)

Good stayed in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Just about location! Centrally located near Fuencarral, Hortaleza, Gran Via streets. Also,Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets are walking distance as well as many remarkable stores. The apartment was very good, enough for 4 people. The layout was very friendly.

Aspectos negativos: Our first impression was disappointing. Graffiti at the building door, trash in the floor, worn, torn, and dirty carpet in lobby. Honestly, we thought it was an error book the apartment, but we gave it a chance. Indoor, the apartment was well refurbished and cozy. The administration must take care of details such as frequently cleaning the air conditioners and cleaning under the beds. For a week's stay( 8 days), one set of linens and towels is not enough.
