Piso Ático con Terraza y Jacuzzi con vistas a Sol en Madrid Centro

Excelente departamento en el centro de MAdrid!

Aspectos positivos: Excelente María como anfitriona! Muy dispuesta a todo. Espectacular la ubicación del departamento. Excelente aire acondicionado y muy aislado del ruido de la calle. Para 4 personas es un poco compacto pero lo super recomiendo!

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación perfecta, está en plena puerta del Sol. La comunicación con el anfitrión, María, es inmediata. Te da todas las facilidades, horas de entrada y salida etc. De verdad que una maravilla. Super recomendado, volveremos!

Aspectos positivos: El sitio tiene una ubicación excelente para visitar el centro de Madrid , cerca a las líneas de metro y a los sitios turísticos más emblemáticos , la propietaria es muy amable y está pendiente de resolver algún inconveniente si se presentara. Es un sitio muy recomendable , el piso dispone de baño , cocina , salón , terraza y habitación principal agradables y funcionales.

Cosy apartment in the heart of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Cosy apartment with terase in the centre of Madrid. Lovely view close to Puerta del Sol with the Bear statue. Many shops, bars and restaurants in vicinity. Everything close (Plaza Mayor, Latina quarter, Gran Vía) - perfect location. Apartment was very clean and quiet. Well equipped. Towels, bedsheets, soap, basic ingredients (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar) included. Living room with two sofas. TV in both rooms, big fridge with freezer. Very kind landlady and receptionist. Jacuzzi at the terrace upon request or seasonally is nice benefit, which makes the apartment really exceptional.

An amazing stay in the heart of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Maria the host was amazing with communication and very polite. The flat is modern and clean in the best location possible. Coffee pods and shower gel were provided and an adequate amount of towels.

Aspectos negativos: All in the stay was great, no real issues - maybe small things like providing toothpaste would have been a good addition.

Aspectos positivos: We visited Madrid with the kids. Location was perfect, right in the city center, walking distance to everything one might need. The apartament was very cozy and clean, fully equipped. There was nothing missing (hair dryer, microwave etc). The balcony was incredible. We put the kids to sleep and stayed for a glass of sangria on the balcony and it felt that we were right at a terrace on the street. But don't worry about the noise, inside we couldn't hear a thing. It was very nice. We didn't use the jacuzzi because of the weather outside. Would definitely come back. Also the host, Maria, was very helpful with everything and very understanding. I recommend this place for couples or families.

Aspectos positivos: The landlord provided us with all the necessities and gave us careful guidance. This was a truly wonderful trip. We are really grateful for the landlord's support. The location of the house is excellent.

Aspectos positivos: Apsolutno je sve savrseno i sa zadovoljstvom cu se opet vratiti u ovaj smestaj. Sjajna komunikacija sa domacinom, stan je savrseno cist i nalazi se u strogom centru sto je meni jako bitno. Terasa je bozanstvena.

War super, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Aspectos positivos: Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer, separates Schlafzimmer und in der kleinen Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Shopping, Restaurants und Bars sind innert wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Terasse war kleiner als erwartet, aber der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Maria, die Vermieterin, ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
