Aspectos positivos: Apartamento acogedor perfecto para pasar varios días en Madrid

Aspectos positivos: excelente apartamento, todo un acierto hizo nuestra estancia más agradable pese al mal tiempo. Con sofá cama en zona estar y cama doble en zona superior con vestidor amplio para ropa y maletas ( 2 baños completos) Ubicación excelente a 2 min parada metro Ventas bien comunicada con el centro ciudad, barrio muy tranquilo. El apto. está en los bajos de una finca de pisos con entrada independiente al resto. Radiadores y aire por conductos. Nos dejaron bolsas de basura, utensilios de limpieza, pastillas lavavajillas, minitallas de baño, etc... Estupendo!! Repetiremos!!

Aspectos negativos: nada me disgustó y la cocina está completamente equipada pero la cafetera es de jarra antigua, sería una mejora incorporar cafetera cápsulas.

Wonderful stay, beautiful clean, well lit, clean apartment - sidewalk outside sometimes noisy

Aspectos positivos: Truly value for money! The apartment was so clean and well-provisioned. The washer-dryer was a huge help and the bed upstairs was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to keep regulated, but was greatly appreciated. The hostess, Gisele, responded immediately to any question I had and was so nice to work with.

Aspectos negativos: I would have appreciated some more step by step explanation of how certain things worked in the apartment when I first arrived, like the air con, stove, and washing machine - I was able to look up how to work the latter two online. Even though metro was very close by I was a bit disappointed by the location - I had expected to be more central in the Salamanca district. Around the apartment was quiet for the most part but it faces a sidewalk that leads to a park going downhill to the M-30. You could feel the highway noise and several times noisy talkers gathered on the sidewalk, sometimes at 1:00 and 2:00 am. However, it was much quieter than the Plaza Sol/ Lavapíes district in Madrid where I've stayed previously. Refrigerator in the apartment also made some noise, but I told owner I didn't need it fixed while I was there. All in all an excellent stay, thank you!

It Is ok to stay a short stay

Aspectos positivos: Cozy townhouse for a small family Max of 3, with walking distance, you can get to the metro station and a few restaurants in the area, it has a mini market bodega across the building, I found it very convenient, I’m the case that you have a car is parking places outside but very hard to find a parking spot at anytime.

Aspectos negativos: It says accommodate 4 people but it only have one bed upstairs and is full size, and a sofa that it doesn’t open up, it only fits one person.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento nuovo, doppio bagno, molto accogliente. La posizione ottima, a pochi min a piedi dalla metro. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Gisela.

Aspectos negativos: Aria condizionata non regolabile (erano regolabili solo i gradi e non le ventole, ma anche alla massima temperatura era un po' freddo, infatti sul letto c'era il piumino). La pulizia migliorabile (divano impolverato e tavolo non ben pulito, invece bagni e camera ben puliti)
