Aspectos positivos: La cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta porque es un lugar tranquilo y muy cerca del centro. El apartamento es muy amplio y está decorado con muy buen gusto.

Aspectos negativos: Mejoraría el gel, champú, etc porque era justo y tuvimos que comprar Algún detalle de limpieza del baño y almohadas más cómodas La fianza un poco elevada El resto genial

Aspectos positivos: Actually I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was excellent and everything in the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The staff were extremely respectful and attentive and they even called to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything. They helped us a lot throughout our stay. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Overall it’s a pleasant stay for us despite the stress and confusion on the first day. It’s a nice 30 mins walk to Grand

Aspectos positivos: Cozy apartment with almost everything that we need. But would have preferred to be provided with more toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. The kitchen facilities were good enough for us to make breakfast and cooked simple dinners. Good location near to metro stations, shops, supermarkets, mercado, restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: The host was holding back the property full address until the last minute check in time. It sent us on a wild goose chase coz we arrived on the other far end of the street. Calle de San Bernardo is a very long street. Little did we know that we have to drag our heavy luggages upslope for another 1 km to get to the property. It would have been less stressful for us if the host has provided the full address at least 1 day before so that we can plan our route to get there with the least hassle by public transportation. Also it’s an old building where the lift is located at the back portion and we have to carry our heavy luggages up and down many stairs before reaching the lift and then transport our luggage one by one up to the correct floor.
