Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien, muy limpio y cómodo. Es un bajo y sótano, así que no tiene vistas, pero para lo que yo necesitaba, no me importó. En la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Está amueblado sencillo pero muy práctico. Los baños fenomenal. Por último, el contacto con las personas que lo gestionan es muy fácil y están atentos a lo que puedas necesitar.
Aspectos negativos: Todo estaba muy bien pero, dependiendo del tipo de huéspedes, no me parece muy cómodo el sistema de apertura/cierre de la puerta. Nosotras tuvimos un problema y, o te manejas bien con el móvil y dispositivos automáticos o puede ser un inconveniente.

Aspectos positivos: la ubicación es muy buena, es un apartamento cómodo, limpio, se veía bastante nuevo. zonas verdes en los alrededores
Aspectos negativos: no hay antena de TV, solo se veía YouTube, Netflix, Disney… introduciendo tus claves. el agua de las duchas es con un chorrito muy fino

Aspectos positivos: El piso era precioso, moderno, con todas las instalaciones impecables. La ubicación muy buena porque tenía el metro de Príncipe Pio a 10min caminando.
Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo, solo le falta un espejo para poder verte de cuerpo entero.

Superb location - clean and modern. Very enjoyable stay.
Aspectos positivos: Superb location for historic palace and for Spanish Open Golf. Very modern and clean and had everything we needed. Contact with owner/office was also efficient and supportive
Aspectos negativos: Water pressure was problematic so we needed a rota for showers and flushing toilets 🤦♀️ Would also benefit from a mirror in the upstairs bedroom.

I would definitely book again.
Aspectos positivos: Super clean. Well designed apartment. With the windows closed you can’t hear the main road outside. Very well insulated. Fan and a/c options, as well as heating. Nespresso machine. Washing machine.
Aspectos negativos: There is a light above the bedroom door, which kept waking me up. But I’m easily affected by those things. I used an eye mask. It is an apartment, so there is the noise from the neighbours walking around above but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Aspectos positivos: Close to bakery and supermarket. 2 nice big sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms
Aspectos negativos: Nice location, little bit of centre. Perfect location for longer stay close to the river and park. Although going to the City centre takes some time. It is 15 minutes away with bus 46 that stops in front. Or 10 minutes walk to principe pio metro station.

Aspectos positivos: Casa muito simpática, bem localizada limpa e bem equipada. Materiais bem estimados
Aspectos negativos: As janelas que existem entre o piso inferior e superior. Se alguém quiser estar na sala de luz acesa, o quarto de baixo não fica escuro o suficiente e não existem blackouts. É a única coisa que achei incómoda

Aspectos positivos: Schöne helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung,hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht.Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und eine ruhige Lage.Tolle Betreuung vor während und nach dem Aufenthalt.
