Madrid-Gran Via

Aspectos positivos: Esta muy bien ubicado, a metros hay restaurantes españoles, chinos, japoneses argentinos, taco bell, Popeyes, Tim Hurtons. A unos minutos del Corte Inglés y de la estación de metro de Callao. Realmente cerquitita de la Gran Vía. También está equipado con micro, nevera, estufa, cafetera, plancha, tv, lavadora, muy completo. Pequeñito, pero muy cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: Todo estuvo excelente

Escapada con hijas

Aspectos positivos: Perfecto espacio para pasar unos días en el centro de Madrid, buenas comunicaciones ya sean desde Callao o desde Sol. Situado en zona peatonal. Estancia limpia y confortable.

Aspectos negativos: La sujeción de la escalera para la cama superior, por lo demás ninguna pega.

A well-located and cozy apartment

Aspectos positivos: The apartment had an excellent location — right by Gran Vía and Callao. Even though it was in the center, it was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of shops nearby, including food stores, markets, and shopping options, and the metro was very close, which made getting around easy. The apartment was convenient for two people, the bed was comfortable (as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs), and overall it was generally clean.

Aspectos negativos: During the entrance of the neighboours, you could hear them (but only entry/exit) and there was a smell in the bathroom, even though the bathroom itself was clean.

Aspectos positivos: Great place. There are two beds (one sofa bed included) so that we can sleep comfortably. And the hot water comes pretty quickly.

Aspectos negativos: The air conditioner is too close to the bed, hard to get the room cool quickly. Also, the dryer seems not to work. We have the clothes dry for over 6 hours but they are still a bit wet.

Aspectos positivos: Emplacement ideal Appartement bien équipé et bien agencé, lits confortables

Aspectos negativos: L échelle du lit est vraiment raide et mal fixée ! Le fait de devoir aller chercher et ramener les clefs au local à 650m n est pas pratique.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente! El departamento muy bien equipado , todo limpio y funcionando correctamente. La comunicación con el anfitrión también aunque no lo vimos siempre disponible . Madrid una belleza y gracias al lugar la estadía esos días fue de lo mejor .

Aspectos positivos: Bardzo wygodne łóżko, ale tylko dla sprawnych osób- zlokalizowane na antresoli jak na zdjęciu. Wystarczająco wyposażony aneks. Świetna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z obsługą. Kilka minut spacerem do największych madryckich atrakcji. Obok apartamentu sklep, kawiarnie, bary i restauracje.
