Aspectos positivos: La ubicación. Cerca de supermercados, fruterías, panaderias, farmacias. Muchas lineas de autobús a 1 cuadra. La habitación principal y el baño principal.de buen tamaño, no asi las otras 2 habitaciobes Cocina excelente con buena provision de artefactos eléctricos Lava vajilla y una lavadora/ secadora para lavar algo indispensable. El tamaño del apartamento . La sala, comedor, cocina muy bien decoradas, tal y como se ve en las fotos

Aspectos negativos: Los 2 cuartos adicionales extremadamente pequeños, parecian cajones .. El de la cama doble sin closet. El de la cama individual super pequeño, aunque con closet.. la cama individual parecía un catre. Las almohadas muy pequeñas y de muy mala calidad,, tuvimos que comprar porque era imposible dormir con ellas. Las toallas, aunque abundantes, también de mala calidad El ducha del segundo baño demasiado pequeña, incomoda, algún huésped con exceso de peso no podría entrar. La vajilla, vasos y copas incompletos. El agua caliente con muy poca capacidad . Había que bañarse por turnos largos. Y esa fue la respuesta \

Muy buena opción para alojarse en Madrid! Impecable y muy bien ubicado.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento está remodelado, buen edifico y con ascensor. Muy buena ubicación, con metro, supermercado, restaurante y todo cerca. Buen barrio, tranquilo por la noche. El departamento estaba impecable, limpio y tiene todo para tener una excelente estadía. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y y siempre atentos a lo que necesitamos. Disfrutamos mucho con mi familia.

Aspectos negativos: No hay espacio para guardar en la segunda pieza doble y en el baño principal faltan colgadores para las toallas

Aspectos positivos: Location is excellent, very close to metro station, grocery stores. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. Area and the street itself is pleasant, apartment has a stylish interior. Communication is effective with the company.

Aspectos negativos: Pillows are horrible (at least for our preferences): they are super hard, feels like being filled with stones :). Dealing with rubbish is complicated (not being fully aware of the respective rules in Madrid, which colour for what type of rubbish), particularly on check-out day: how to get rid of the different rubbish from the last morning (e.g. after breakfast) if containers are no longer available. We were 5 people and received a sole dish washer capsule and tiny bottle of dishwasher for the week. Same with soap: two mini soap bars for a week. Well, for this price this could be a bit more generous in my view.

This property met all of our needs. It was clean, safe, and conveniently located.

Aspectos positivos: The property host met us at the property to give keys, confirm hot water, set up the wifi on my device, confirmed cleanliness, and offered any help we made need at that time and during our stay. Karen was extremely kind and generous.

Aspectos negativos: There is a smell of sewer gas in the apartment. However, it was stronger in the shared hallways of the building. There was some maintenance going on and could have been a result of another unit.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro y el barrio muy tranquilo

Great location, spacious, well equipped.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well designed, comfortable and well decorated. The master bathroom is quite spacious and kitchen has everything you need. The location is quite central in Salamanca, steps away from anything you need and want to visit in the city near the center (metro station mins away). It was a great place to stay for a family of 5 (grandparents, adults and baby). They provided a comfortable and well equipped cot which made a great difference for our baby's comfort and ours.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is dark even during sunny days, which might be so for most apartments in this area of the city. The rug in the living room smells like dust regardless of how many times it's vacuumed. The pans are old. I suggest to change them so food doesn't stick.
