Nice apartment close to the city center

Aspectos positivos: The location is really good, as it is close to the center and metro station, as well as shops and cafe/ restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is on a 4th floor without lift. The keys were provided on spot but after an additional fee since our flight was delayed and we arrived after 18.00. This was not clear to me. The bathroom is in the middle of the living room, with a very small sink outside and the shower with direct view on the living room. The apartment was cold inside, but the electric heater were sufficient to warm up a bit the room.

We enjoyed it as a parent and child. Good for single person or those who don’t need much privacy from one another.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, close to the metro and walking distance to many things and downtown. It was wonderful to have our own kitchen. Well equipped. Bed in loft very comfortable. Check in was smooth and hosts were attentive.

Aspectos negativos: Many stair to climb. But able if fit. The bathroom has no privacy.

Appartement dans quartier au centre ville de Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Appartement idéalement situé (localisé en centre ville) et situé au 4ème étage sous les toits (calme). Bonne communication avec notre hôte pour faciliter l'accès à l'appartement.

Aspectos negativos: Il manque un peu de lumière (dysfonctionnement des stores et fenêtre de la cuisine).
