Aspectos positivos: Clean, the kitchen had everything, bedroom was comfordable

Aspectos negativos: 1.We didnt liket that when we asked to change the towels it requested extra payment! I stayed 5 days!! 2.not enought toilet paper so i had to buy extra on market

Modern apartments, gigantic bed

Aspectos positivos: Spacious apartment and amazing king size bed, very very clean (probably one of the best). Staff super helpful and rapid communication Full equipment for all needs Near main line of Metro and close to restaurant/bars 15min from airport Building common area is very clean

Aspectos negativos: The Aircon one stop working and the other leak, but they try to arrange someone to fix. Its near a area with a lot of traffic/bar so it can be little noisy if the widows are open. It's a basement apartment located in private gate garden.

Aspectos positivos: Family friendly. Clean and very comfortable to stay. Very secured place and the location is near the metro. They are also complete with the facilities. Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

Aspectos positivos: one of the best apartments where we lived. it has everything. the best internet. excellent support and communication. easy to check in and check out. love it!

Aspectos negativos: everything was perfect, 2 very minor issues would be the dripping tap in the bathroom sink (onto surface not into sink) and the boiler is dripping into the cupboard.

A great place for a short stay in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: I really liked the location, the amenities like mixer, dishwasher, washing machine were all good. The Dulce Gusto machine was really great to have coffee in the morning. Cleaning was really good, everything as described.

Aspectos negativos: I bought some coffee to prepare with the Moka but the facility was not compatible with induction stove. In the end I had to return the coffee. The AC from the bedroom was dropping water and we couldn't use it properly, but we let the door open for the living room AC.

Un appartement idéal...

Aspectos positivos: Nous avons voyagé à 4, en famille. Tout était vraiment parfait. La disponibilité de l'hôte, (très très rapide par message ou par téléphone), l'emplacement qui était juste Idéal pour nous : proche de tout (métro, bus, taxi etc)... Avenida América. Il y a, en face de la gare juste à la sortie, une rangée de taxi. Pratique en cas de soucis avec le métro ou imprévus. Une caution est retenue mais elle n'est pas débitée. Tout était vraiment bien, nous avons séjourné 7 jours. C'est un appartement extrêmement confortable avec un lit de qualité et un canapé lit très confortable made in Italy. La propreté est le point fort de cet appartement !! Pas un seul grain de poussière quand nous sommes arrivés ! Chauffage, clim, petit set de nettoyage avec pastille lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, chiffon.... tout équipé ! Je recommande vivement. Je reviendrais avec Charming pour mon prochain voyage à Madrid. Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu notre voyage si confortable et agréable !

good value for the money

Aspectos positivos: metro and bus station right in front of the property that connects with the most important touristic places of Madrid in no time. the master bedroom has a good size. the couch bed is comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: the bathroom is a bit small
